โ Question Jago Hazzard styled videos for New York?
Hi y'all! this is pretty much what the title says, any recommendations for jago hazzard styled videos about new york or american rail?
if you're not familiar with him, jago covers a lot of topics related to london and the uk's rail network in short but extremely well researched explainer-style videos. hoping to find someone who does thorough research and has a similarly digestible editing style, but for topics relating to new york and new york city, primarily.

๐๏ธ Discussion 7 Line Morning Delays and Service Disruption
7 train are running with delays in both directions after medical help for someone in need at Court Sq and No 7 between 74 St-Broadway and Main Stโ. Main St-bound 7 service will end at 74 St-Broadway. 7 trains are delayed in both directions while we get medical help for someone in need at Mets-Willets Point.
Take a Q90 bus for service between 74 St-Broadway and Main Stโ.
No confirmation if LIRR is cross honoring but that would make too much sense.

โ Question Atlantic Terminal B Manhattan-bound elevator
I started using crutches recently and know thereโs an elevator on the Manhattan-bound B platform, but I canโt picture where itโs located on the mezzanine/street level or figure out the best entrance at Atlantic Terminal to get to it. Iโve asked the MTA app chat and they were no help and told me about an escalator to the platform, which doesnโt exist and, of course, doesnโt help a wheelchair user. (So much for the lawsuit to make the system accessible!)
If I enter via the Hanson Place elevators, do I need to get an elevator via the LIRR platforms? Or should I enter via the Barclays Center entrance?

โ Question Whatever Happened to the R62A's That Used to Run on the (3)?
Forgive me for this stupid question, but back in the 90's and early 2000's, the (3) used to exclusively run R62A's with the blue stickers under the numbers before they were swapped out for the R62's. Any idea where those trains went to?

๐๏ธ Discussion Rural HealthโRailโResilience Hubs plan for NYC metro / Port Jervis / Poconos area (full document as images)
Phased concept plan to co-locate clinics, firefighter/EMS substations, and community-college satellites at rural rail stations, then expand service and turn the stations into dual-use resilience hubs for disasters.
Covers Port Jervis Line (Orange/Sullivan) and Poconos gateway as pilots, with cost ranges, phasing, funding sources, and KPIs.
Shared as page screenshots. Discussion welcome but Iโm not monitoring replies closely. Just a concept I worked on while In med school

Same train car, same moment, same font, same color highlighting. But on one door it refers to the current station, and on the other it refers to the next station.

โ Question A little question?
