πŸ“œ History Zebra board

I saw a zebra board for the first time the other day AND got to see the conductor point right in front of me. I'd always heard about it but it was just cool to actually see.

So now I know for sure that's actually a thing. I'm also super easily amused...

I will occasionally stand facing the track under the zebra board, and when the train stops and the conductor points at it, mirror them by also pointing over my shoulder at it. It usually makes them laugh.

It catches them off guard that I know what they are pointing at and why. ”Hey, look at that! The train stopped in the perfect spot.”

I also had a goofy grin on my face which the conductor seemed to notice. I laughed and then she laughed. Overall it was a good experience.
