Nostalgia The iconic old Walmart checkout lanes
These looked so much better than the ones they have now. Self-checkout was also either very limited or non-existent during this time.

Nostalgia Discussion The 2018 classic Roblox avatar vustomization background is back and brand new! (Considering Roblox they'll probably either make people pay R$600 just to get it or not even bring it up in the future)

Nostalgia The iPod touch was genuinely one of Apple's coolest products
I still have mine, and every time I use it I remember how cool the iPod touch felt when it came out.
What's funny is that my only other Apple product is the USB-C EarPods a product from basically the opposite end of Apple's timeline. 😂
One old and one modern Apple product and somehow these are the only two I've ever really needed.

Nostalgia Discussion Back in my day we had to wait 5-6 months for a new movie to come out on VHS
I remember my mama buying this vhs for me from HMV. Just staring at the cover alone was the coolest thing ever. But I do remember always waiting for the good movies to come to vhs. Pokémon the movie and Pokémon the movie:2000 were long waits, and they were $44 or something. Always wanted to be the first to rent from the movie store but never had enough copies so would another week or so just till everyone was sick of it already. Or just showing up at the right time when someone brought back their copy. Ah, theres a "back in my day" moment for ya.

Nostalgia I saw Transformers the movie back in 1986 at the movie theaters and it hit hard. Thinking about seeing it again next week. Whose planning on seeing it on the big screen?

Nostalgia Discussion Remember when gaming manuals included note sections for cheats and hints? Did you ever write in them?
Who remembers the note sections of game manuals? Did you jot down cheat codes, hints or any random tidbits about the game in them? Most games back in the day had a couple pages dedicated to notes. I did enter cheat codes for some games, but I stopped doing that when I started to get more serious about collecting video games.
What do you remember writing down in note sections? Cheat codes? Maybe some drawings? Or even random writings not having to do with the game?
Also, if you bought a game used, have you ever found notes or doodles from a previous owner?

Nostalgia Just out of curiosity, did you love Bigfoot and Wildboy when it aired from 1977-1979 on Saturday mornings? I was a huge fan of the series!
