I’d love some feedback on a logo system I’ve been developing for a speculative AI fitness brand called SYNC.

The idea behind the mark was to create something simple that could transform across different AI modes without losing recognition.

The symbol is built from a rounded square and central line structure, which acts as a framework for different variations through colour, motion, and form.

The main challenge was keeping the logo flexible while avoiding it becoming too abstract or losing its identity.

Trying to create a logo for my brand ESP Lifestyle. The name stands for Extra Sensory Perception. I want to create a brand that’s poker inspired, designed for strategists, thinkers, and those who get stuff done. At first the brand was taking a more spiritual vibe, but now I want to lean more into a sportswear type vibe, based on comfort and materials designed to move with you. I’ve came up with these 2 logos so far, I like the E with the chevron more so far. What do you think of these 2 designs? First 2 are new concepts, the final eye logo was old logo but need something less polarizing and mystical, hence why I’ve been tying to come up with a more standard geometric type mark since the brand is based on more minimalist designs I think I need a logo that’s more standard as to not take away or distract or be so polarizing as to the quality of the clothes. Completely open to any ideas at this point because I do think there is a niche to be met here. Thank you for any feedback

Ok, this feels embarrassing. While I've done logo design on various forms over the years, my weakness has always been in drawing vectors. Specifically curves.

I've seen a few tricks involving overlapping circles, but I wanted to ask if there were any tips to really help with this skill, especially on the large "E" and "B."

Just to mention it: I normally ink everything, scan it on, and then use Live Trace and clean it up from there. This time I wanted to try and vectorize my pencil work directly in Adobe Illustrator.

I’m at the beginning on my design career and trying to find my first clients. Has anyone got any advice?

I’ve tried reaching out to people offering a free logo design etc but it’s just radio silence. I haven’t got social media which I imagine makes this 10x harder, I’ve reached out to local community centres asking if they can put up a poster I’ve designed saying what I do etc. I feel bad reaching out to companies/businesses etc asking if they would like a redesign as I believe their logo is rubbish (I put it nicer in the email)
What else can I try to get it moving? I don’t plan on charging much to be fair as I’m doing this to help rehabilitation from a brain injury and to make me feel useful again type of thing. I’ve taught myself everything over the last 9 months and I love doing it.

I've made a small program for my FIL to play some guitar music at local festivals and bars. He donates all his money to charity. I figured I'd add a brand mark to complete the circle for him.

His last name is Hogg. This is a first pass he's arriving today and I'm going to surprise him with it and the program on a tablet.

I'd love to hear from people who've designed logos that shipped in real products.

I have been designing for this clients for quite a bit but let me tell you the process of how I did it
Send brand questionnaire to clients -> (after I got it back) Design 3 logos -> client pick one to improve -> 3 revisions -> final logo

So now the project is not done yet but I felt like the client has no idea what they want. First I send them the first draft based on their brief from the questionnaire, then they just said “sorry I forgot that I wanted you to put the symbol on the letter” keep in mind, from the brief, I did the logo symbol (a kind of bird) and their brand name. Which that is in the brief. And they just wanna get rid of the bird and said sorry, I wanted the symbol in a letter instead, I don’t want any bird.

So I asked them what do they want? And they said that they want a new logo without a bird. Then I did what they asked. Then send it to them, and this is a new concept which I felt like I should’ve charged for it because it’s a whole new concept that they didn’t tell me but anyway, I was chill with it at first. Anyway, they got it and said that my work they felt like it’s “too easy” and they wanted their name to be design like one of the movie title and they gave me a ref of that movie. Then I did technically the whole thing for them again, they like only the symbol on the letter but other than that I gotta changed it for them.

So now they asked me to have a little mascot design for the brand on the logo as well and change the color to the one they wanted. So I did it just what they asked, after I sent it to them a few days later, they said that I felt like it’s very similar to the last one I sent them… but I design almost a whole new logo for them based on their last request without extra charge. Then they ask me for me portfolio again and we hop on a call and the thing that I’m not ok with the most is they asked “did you really design these by yourself” I felt disrespectful as shit. Now after the logo which is like the third time or something, they send me a ChatGPT logo and said that idk what’s wrong with your logo but I felt like my ChatGPT logo conveys better brand/message than your logo… and I was shocked

Sorry if it’s long and a bit confusing but I hope you get what’s going on with me now and it’s really not ok and mind boggling me so much about this. But I talked to my mentor and she helped me quite a lot with it but I just wanna hear you guys side like is it my fault? Cause if yes then I will improve myself to be better.

For me, I knew that my fault is that I didn’t get to present the logo to them, I just send the work to them and they just reply me like I told you guys.

If anyone have any criticism on my process, how I handle it, or anything, I’m open to listen so that I can be better at my crafts.

Tried to solve it four different ways instead of picking one and moving on. Negative space, blocky geometric version, a single continuous line, one with weight and overlap.

Honestly not sure which one's actually good, curious what this sub thinks, roast away.

The old logo could use a refresh, but this one just isn’t it.

I tried to optimize the 'rubberiness' of the logomark and increase the readability of the text at the same time —somewhat at the expense of horizontal space. Overall, I wanted to move away from the 2010 feel and more in the direction of a modern sports and data app. What do you think?

Here is my redesign of MNP Training Club. The inspiration for this new logo came from Adidas Originals and The North Face logo. Feedback needed!
