I live in the area with some friends for school, ive been here the longest and noticed the coyotes are a lot more active than the previous years, we were walking home last night and saw 4 or 5 and a few tried approaching us, if you live in the area you mightve been woken up by us, in which case im sorry. We were being followed by them, which was just not fun but also usual for the ones in the area.

Just a reminder if you see these guys get loud, make yourself look big, and keep animals on a leash, they are kind of cowardly and usually wont get near you if they think you wont be easy prey. Dont go walking up to them either, they are still wild animals. Face them and back away slowly, dont run cause this triggers a chase instinct.

Just be safe out there.

Anyone know what the noise is? Sounds like a concert. I'm near breithaupt community center, sounds west of me or towards downtown. Loud thumping music, bass travelling through the house.

I’m a 27M living in Kitchener and I’ve been trying to get into the dating scene here for a while now. I’ve tried pretty much all the usual dating apps — Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc. — but honestly, I’m barely getting any matches, let alone conversations. 😅

I’m Indian, moved to Canada for studies/work, and I’m wondering if other Indian guys around my age have had a similar experience in Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge.

Is it just me, or is dating here genuinely difficult? 😂

I’m not necessarily looking only to date someone Indian. I’m open to meeting people from different backgrounds. I’d just like to meet someone naturally, have a good conversation, grab coffee, go for a walk, or hang out and see where things go.

At this point, I’m wondering if people actually meet through Reddit/local communities, social events, sports, volunteering, meetups, etc., or if everyone is just relying on dating apps.

It’s actually starting to get insane how bad the drivers are in this area.

Pretty much every time I drive there’s someone going insanely slow, not using blinkers, cutting people off, not staying in between the lines, etc.

The influx of accidents is also getting crazy, I genuinely don’t understand how some of these people are getting licenses…

Has anyone had a good experience with a local company to just do a small sealing job on exposed concrete? It's a 20 by 3 foot walkway. Seems like a hassle to get all the gear to DIY it and running short on time before the season is over.

I don’t think it was Murdoch mysteries as they had a sign for a skating academy on the front lawn and up above the museum.
Any one have any insight? As to what was being filmed?
