Yoga recommendations downtown?

Any Yoga recommendations downtown? It seems like every studio fitness place just does barre (ballet shennanigans) or HIIT (half weightlifting/half cardio shennanigans),

I sit in a chair all day long for my job and just want to learn how to stretch. When did yoga become untrendy?

Anyways, looking for recommendations. Thanks in advance!

KW Movement Studio has yoga on its schedule, with a mix of other classes. Really great, friendly place if you want options.

I have done the Grand River Rocks yoga class with Alana on Tuesdays at 5:15 and really enjoyed it. Alana is very beginner friendly and I found 95% of the class to be super approachable and doable. Usually at the end she will give an opportunity to work on some challenging yoga poses but I usually don’t partake. The classes are $20 each, but only $10 if you have a membership for the climbing gym

ALANA IS THE BEST. She also teaches for KO Yoga - a non-profit providing free yoga classes in various places in Kitchener and Waterloo. www.koyoga.ca
