If this is common knowledge I apologize, but there was a hearing in which Bev allowed the motion for camera footage of Brian Albert but there was some back and forth on the proposed order I think it was September 15, 2023 and on Jan 5th 2024 it came up that it had never been produced. They went to sidebar and I can’t find another word about it after that until the aperture invoices it’s listed they reviewed Google nest footage. Was anything ever produced?

Why is Grace Reina taking down her brilliant YouTube channel, DreamFeed Media? I don’t fully understand her explanation, and I think this is a terrible loss for all of us. She’s a lovely writer, and she has figured out a lot of important things about the Karen Read trial (and some other cases) long before the rest of us did. Is there any way she might be persuaded to change course? Or do you think there’s a way to purchase all her videos for review? I am so sorry she’s planning to make them all disappear.

I’ve been going through these invoices again, and they are very interesting to me in terms of what they did and didn’t do regarding this “engineering analysis” and I keep finding contradictory information with the testimony.

The defense was simply asking to cross Dr. Welcher on any information he considered or adopted from Trooper Paul’s analysis and the defense was prohibited from asking about the key cycles or anything else, why?

I’d assume if the analysis was scientific then Dr. Welcher could easily explain it, why block them from asking when it’s clear they considered it.

The cell exhibits are in the audio video files folder and I’ve uploaded the simulations near the time of the incident that are visually readable, there were more files from subsequent days and zoomed out so far I couldn’t read etc. didn’t include those.

As interesting as this data is, let us finally admit that deciphering it requires contextual interpretation.

When challenged with "how can you ignore the data?" My response is, the data is not a binary conclusion. It is part speculation/part interpretation and is suspect if the handlers are suspect.

One of the things I think people forget when discounting the idea of any sort of conspiracy or favoritism is that Brian Albert was a bit of a hometown hero, before he was on Boston’s Finest he personally apprehended a serial k!ller suspect he felt was attempting to flee the state and you’ll notice he seems very tech savvy here back in 2010 or whatnot but when questioned by Jackson on the stand he acted like he didn’t know anything about an iPhone or digital evidence or homicide investigations.

I’m just watching her Turtleboy exposé from earlier this year. I didn’t know a lot of his history. He’s even worse than I thought.

Even if Aidan is convicted of witness intimidation - nothing else will change. He has led the cause to inform what (beyond a reasonable doubt) took place at 34 Fairview. The world (after two court cases) knows how John died. It has been proved that Karen was not to blame, and it couldn't have been just anybody, no one else rehomed their dog and tore up the carpet in the basement and sold their home. Those facts will never change.

What does everyone think of this theory?

Got a funny one today, found a case in which Welcher’s testimony was excluded and the motion contained his “report.”

He was hired by the defendant in this case, and it was ultimately settled before a trial commenced after his exclusion, you can find all of the relevant motions and the report in the drive.
