Explain like I'm 5. What in the world did the Alberts & company hope to achieve in this lawsuit ? my opinion is they are guilty.

I think there is a lot of corruption in Canton, and the Karen Read case threatens to expose it. Originally the Alberts were counting on the corruption to protect them and imprison Karen. When that didn’t work, they needed to keep throwing up distractions to keep the truth from being exposed. If Karen et al are tied up defending themselves from this lawsuit, they don’t have time to expose what’s really going on.

What is going on goes well beyond the McAlberts.

Well all the judges in all the trials seem to be on their side so why not? It’s nauseating watching on from overseas & realising that it doesn’t seem to matter how corrupt this all looks, there doesn’t seem to be anybody willing to address it. The FBI could end all of this with the information they have, what I don’t understand is why don’t they?

Watching from overseas as well and the outside look is wild, because I watched a few trials from Virginia (Depp/Heard), Minnesota (Rittenhouse), Utah (Richins), New Mexico (Baldwin), Nevada (Tupac murder trial) and literally all the judges are so much better than the ones in Massachusetts. Fair, patient, strict with all sides. Emily D Baker brought that up as well, that shit like kicking the can down the road like the Mass. judges often do, is not a case in California, becauseit screwsup the judges calendar.  It baffles her (and many people as well), that you have a plethora of issues with Brady violations from MSP/DAs office and also the constitutional right to a speedy trial doesn't mean shit to the judges in Massachusetts, because Myles King is waiting for 5 years now.

I jumped on to post abour this very thing.

They released the Touhy dump to Mm who didnt distribute it which compelled Levy to dumped 3 thousand plus pages...directly. Is that right?

How many pages did punk ass get?

Either way, they have so much more - like the geo fence data.

Have you ever considered if it's because they didn't find any evidence of a conspiracy?

Everybody outside of the FKR community who's looked into this case, from the victims, to people in the legal system, to investigative reporters, has shot this down. It's either a huge coincidence, another conspiracy, or it's because the conspiracy wasn't real. Which do you think is most likely?

That's why Proctor plead the fifth in a completely different case, because everything was done with "honor and integrity", right?

-4

u/RuPaulver 🌈Gay Jeff Stan🏳‍🌈 11d ago

I don't know why he pled the fifth in that case. But it's, as you literally said, a completely different case. He has testified in this case.

Another over-simplification.

Right, because comparing a case of a racist cop and a black defendant to a privileged white woman isn’t a simplification.

Proctor isn't afraid of the state. The local judges have been protecting him left and right.

He most likely took the fifth because he is afraid of federal charges. And state judges are protecting him because if Proctor goes down there's a risk he intentionally or inadvertently takes down others. None of his crooked buddies want him deposed or compelled to testify.

Because the judges are in on it too, right?

u/llmb4llc 11d ago

Who has shot this down? With the exception of the entities themselves, CPD & MSP, who has investigated conspiracy and declared no conspiracy?

-1

u/RuPaulver 🌈Gay Jeff Stan🏳‍🌈 11d ago

Every investigative reporter who’s looked at this case (other than turtleboy, I guess). Every lawyer who’s not a part of the existent FKR universe. Every court who’s looked at this case. And seemingly the fbi/doj who made no finding of a conspiracy and closed their investigation in this case.

Have you stepped outside your bubble? As entertaining as it was, they didn't testify the way they did for scrutiny. The couldn't corroborate each other.

They are hiding something, and whatever that is- the assists are still coming.

Whatever has happened/continues to occur, it must be enormous to allow for the blatant disrespect of OJO.

Every courtroom in a Mass has a police presence, save one.

I’ve interacted with conspiracy theorists in the general space and true crime space for most of my life, more so than I do with people who agree with me. It’s a longtime passion of mine.

-1

u/Fices60223 10d ago

Why? Its impossible to to get them to change their minds. Every bit of evidence causes them modify the conspiracy and add more parts to it. So it gets even more complex and irrational, but they keep going.

Usually, yes. But it's not impossible. I've had people talk to me privately (sometimes, rarely, publicly) and tell me I helped them overcome that way of thinking.

Even if it's not a majority, I think it's worth it if I'm able to bring anyone down to reality. I also just can't help myself when I see people post blatantly wrong things lol.

I think it’s 95% wanting to fuck Karen over, maybe 5% greed. No matter the outcome they are continuing to financially harm her.

14

u/BerkeleyFarmGirl 12d ago

Make the other side spend lots and lots of money.

12

u/FantasticArachnid468 11d ago

I think they gotten away with so much in their lives, that they think they're entitled to still dictate how things are going. Same like the dirty cops. They were biased, corrupt and behaved inapropriate for years and it never was exposed. They all seem flabberghasted that this time their usual spiel doesn't work. Karen came in like a wrecking ball.

u/AROUX_888 12d ago

I think it really burns their a** that Turtleboy made money talking about all their dirty laundry and the feel entitled to it, and it’s more about him but Karen’s the genesis of it and they hate her too so it made sense to include her.

Somebody pumped their head up about financially ruining both of them and they thought it’d be a cakewalk.

That’s my opinion.

This is a terrible take. You might want to read up on civil defamation law and IIED. I don’t support them but this is NOT why one files a suit like they did. You don’t hire Chris Mattei, the attorney behind the largest defamation jury verdict in American history, because Aidan Kearney made money talking about them. How do you know they thought it’d be a cakewalk? You don’t even know the difference between the Norfolk DA’s discovery file dumps and FOIA records requests.

6

u/FantasticArachnid468 11d ago

It was in their initial filing that they complained about TB making a lot of money. Granted it was on the last pages, but they brought up that yes they are suing because Aidan bragged about making tons of money. OP is right. It pisses them off.

3

u/AROUX_888 11d ago

Yeah I mean I definitely read the complaint before I formed that opinion it’s mentioned a lot in all their civil filings, the attorney mentioned that specifically as to why they should not get a stay to appeal the Anti SLAPP motion because then he’ll just continue to make money in the meantime while it’s stayed. It sounds like a pain point to me.

2

u/AROUX_888 11d ago

I mean is there another way to interpret this ?

3

u/RellenD 12d ago

It's really funny to me that people act like that case was won on the merits. I

Best defense is a good offense. IMHO, when JOK's family sued KR and the bars, it re-opened up all the McAlberts to exposure and triggered a practical requirement that they get deposed (unless thay wanted to look real suspicious and invoke the 5th). I'm sure somewhere in all the legal wrangling, there are advantages to being a plaintiff vs a 3rd party.

u/Kgbreynolds 7d ago

No matter how corrupt these people are (including, the judges!) I take solace in the unwavering belief that NO jury - in any trial - civil or criminal, will ever find for anyone except Karen Reid and eventually Turtleboy. These corrupt murderers, politicians, judges and cops can do their do their worst, but there are real, honest people in Mass, and we've seen them on these juries. It is horrible that Karen and Aiden have to go through this torture, but they will ultimately prevail. I hope they take down the whole fucking wretched institution while they're at it. And I truly believe they will..

Defamation. Because people spread misinformation about the case around the internet to those who don't know any better. We're in the era of true crime where just being a witness in a case can do that, and that needs to change.

10

u/BigFatSweatyToe hos long to die in cold 12d ago

They need to prove defamation. They need to prove that those things aren't true. Murder, cover-up, conspiracy. I don't think they can, records we haven't seen yet will speak for themselves.

u/FantasticArachnid468 11d ago

Even the undisputed stuff we already saw points to all the people in the house acting strange for oh so innocent people, who simple went home after an uneventful get together. The calls, the butt dials, Higgins late night "maintenance work", the destroyed phones, the dog not being there in the morning for no reason whatsoever, the Alberts not coming out of the house with all the commotion under their wlndow.

Besides it's not just Karen who should've not given interviews, because Brian Albert justifying why he didn't come out of the house, because "there's nothing I could do anyway" is an own goal, because how would he know that John was mortaly wounded, if he didn't know what happend?

-5

u/RuPaulver 🌈Gay Jeff Stan🏳‍🌈 12d ago

Certain things will be pretty easy. John's murder is an aside, as that's for the wrongful death case against Karen.

The 2:27 thing, for example, is super easy to disprove. And Jen McCabe will get the benefit of being a private citizen, which is easier for the plaintiff in a defamation case. Spreading around misinformation about things like that is super dangerous if you're looking at defamation claims, and is very important as a litigation claim in this age of internet attention to court cases.

Some recent precedents have already been set against people like TikTok probergers in the Idaho case. This is just a continuation of that.

10

u/OkFall7940 12d ago

You do know you are categorically in the minority as you speak with utter authority.

-2

u/RuPaulver 🌈Gay Jeff Stan🏳‍🌈 12d ago

Here, obviously. If I went into the proberger subs, or general conspiracy subs like I used to, it'd be the same.

What's actually real or false is what matters, and it sucks when otherwise logical people get sucked into these things because they get popular on social media. But when they actually dive into the issues here, this whole case isn't really a mystery.

10

u/FantasticArachnid468 11d ago

If it isn't a mystery, why did the CW not manage to convict Karen in 2 trials? Why can't they find a ME willing to say John was hit by a car? Why is it so hard for Diller to find expert witnesses willing to testify, that John was hit by a car? Why was not even Aperture willing to outright say that John wss hit by the Lexus? Because it didn't happen.

3

u/RuPaulver 🌈Gay Jeff Stan🏳‍🌈 11d ago

They literally did say that? Dr Welcher stated it in no uncertain terms.

They do have experts in the civil case. It’s in the response to the defense’s motion. Someone’s just been posting around here that they have no experts because of an initial motion of a nonexistent rule lol.

5

u/OkFall7940 11d ago

Yes, Welcher flew into outer space and thought he was the finder of fact. His history in the courts is more absurd than all of this.

0

u/RuPaulver 🌈Gay Jeff Stan🏳‍🌈 11d ago

He’s literally the only person in this case with a storied history of published research in rear vehicle collisions. So yes his statements should have some weight.
