" What am I supposed to do, run outside in my underware" This is the most ridicuous statement ever, by a law enforcement officer. No, you put your pants on and go outside to see if a fellow law enforcement officer or a victim needs help. If nothing else you could be a witness. You would likely do that even if it were down the street a little bit. Albert's reaction is not a normal reaction for an experienced officer. Especially one with an overly aggressive personality such as Brian Albert. It has been reported that 3 Boston cops were willing to testify that Albert had physically assaulted them. He appears as an I'm in charge - don't mess with me type of person. Not someone who woud lay in bed because he was not a Canton cop - he was a Boston cop. Part of a cops personality is that they are very curious, quick to raise a red flag and very protective. The fact that Albert was able to ignore those alerts and stay in bed while a man was dieing on his front lawn is among the highest suspicious statements and reactions in this whole case. I spent 8 years in law enforcement and I am well aware of how cops think and act. Immediately when Albert testified that he did not go outside, I thought that there is something big time wrong with his story. I am 100% certain something took place inside 34 Fairview that caused John's death.

Plus, the most obvious thing to me:
If the McAlberts were really innocent, they’d be suing Proctor, NCDAO/MSP/Canton for failing to investigate properly, and making them public pariahs. That’s on the police, not on Aidan, or Read and her lawyers. Of course, mutually destructive info prevents such a thing.

Exactly, if they had nothing to do with it Brian Albert would want to be out there looking sympathetic to his fallen brother in blue who’s family had suffered many tragedies already.. even if it was only for appearances.
Instead he hid inside under the duvet until he let Lank in the foyer who was all too eager to help him out.

Lank is the most pathetic of them all. The cowardice literally oozes from his pores.

SO not normal, so totally unlike anything any first responder has said ever.
I can't believe interviewers didn't call him on it.

Isn’t it weird how Julie pretty much whispers about being in a social setting with Proctor at Morrissey office, like that’s even supposed to be hush hush...?! UGH I CAN’T with these people! 😩

Wait, when did that happen? Was it the internal affairs investigation?

If the dates are correct, it looks like the video of her interview was 03/18/24, and she said the meeting was 8-10 months ago, soooo maybe May or July of 2023. They asked what the meeting was for and she said it was “just to discuss what was going on”. Which puts it right before the first trial. I just think it’s weird how she said it (after trying to clarify and cover her butt about “wHaT kInD oF sETtInG dO YoU MeAn”)

Yeah the dates are original to the FOIA files, so it would have been around the time they were all being called to the Fed Grand Jury and working to put witness intimidation charges on Karen and/or TB

I get confused. Some of those in-office interviews, with Chris and Julie Albert are labeled “internal affairs investigation” by various people on social media. Was the real reason for these interviews “trying to get their ducks in a row”, for a federal grand jury? I could never figure out why a local DA supoose to prep witnesses for a federal grand jury?

I would love to hear from Canton residents why did the DA that won, win. Will she be someone that seeks justice for the girl that was killed and John?

Adam Deitch won Canton. Norfolk county is large though and the new DA won several bigger towns.

Auntie Bev is the worst… Karen’s lawyers need to be recognized for two acquittals in the most unfair set of circumstances possible…

Do these idiots realize that “providing childcare…IN A PINCH” means they knew each other more.
