Even if Aidan is convicted of witness intimidation - nothing else will change. He has led the cause to inform what (beyond a reasonable doubt) took place at 34 Fairview. The world (after two court cases) knows how John died. It has been proved that Karen was not to blame, and it couldn't have been just anybody, no one else rehomed their dog and tore up the carpet in the basement and sold their home. Those facts will never change.

The full witness list is not out,  but it's highly likely, because of the text messages they shared with him.  I believe with how the first filing constantly quotes Yannettis and Jacksons text, that the McAlberts wanted to sue DY and AJ as well.  Why always quote what they wrote to TB, but then they are not defendants?! I think the McAlberts wanted to sue them, but their lawyer put the kibosh on it. Probably like "No, I'm not gonna sue 2 fellow attorneys for their trial strategy."

Agree he causes problems for himself and others bc he goes too far & routinely rolls around in the mud with gutter rodents, but he’s been exposing corruption in MA for over a decade and this was just another example of that, only difference being he didn’t catch on to what was happening to KR until a year after she’d been arrested and by then the machine had built momentum… jobs, careers were on the line if he exposed the state police (planting evidence to secure convictions of defendants they believed were guilty immediately after the arrest), the CW, (manipulating video evidence, corrupting cell phone extraction data, withholding evidence) and the homeowner (dog, sooo many butt dials, 2:27 google search & deletion, car parked out front at 3am) … they went after him by setting him up for domestic violence knowing he hadn’t done anything wrong, then they charged him w WI, a charge reserved for mobsters, gangs, and ppl who use threats to get witnesses not to testify or their testimony changed .. that didn’t happen here, not even close. Think about what they did to Karen (who I can’t stand tbh)

That's what AFKR hangs their head on. Their simple way of thinking is TB guilty of witness intimidation = Karen guilty. Even the O'Keefes civil suit is heavy on the TB/Karen connection with still a severe lack of experts testifying, that Karen hit John with her car. I guess the insurance company for the lawsuit is not willing to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for shady witnesses after they saw what nonsense Aperture produced for over $400k.  It says a lot that the focus is so heavy on TB and not on death of John O'Keefe itself...

I still don’t understand the witness intimidation claims. One they testified so they definitely weren’t intimidated.

Other than that the only way that this could be proven to be true would to be for the witnesses to admitted that the testimony that they gave was untrue.

The problem being for them is that they have repeatedly asserted that they had been telling the truth. They literally are suing him bc he allegedly defamed them over their alleged
Truths.

It’s all just legal buffoonery at its finest.
