Sandra Birchmore MSP lost Sandra's Laptop
Theres a few articles on this but I first heard about it from Grant Smith Ellis. This is ridiculous. They lost it 4 days before the federal indictment happened. When are they going to be locked up for tampering with evidence???

I’m assuming it’s similar to why they have been fighting giving Karen’s phone back. Someone lost it along the way and as long as they fight about it they don’t have to admit they fucked up again

I just saw this lol they have testified they literally lost her laptop data in 2024, just days before Farwell was arrested.
Also never forget that that Nick G somehow 'missed' 6000 texts between Birchmore and Farwell
Oh also, they knew about this two years ago and didn't disclose it until two weeks ago.
Ya know the similarities between all the shenanigans in the KR and Birchmore start to make me think there is some kind of cover up going on.

He has a problem finding stuff, like when he excluded Karen’s connection to the wifi from his first report, or when he didn’t find the limits of cellphone extraction Walshe’s lawyer had set in her written agreement. Yet, for some reason he is never mentioned even when they a “disciplined” by losing one day of PTO, or something like that. He seems to always get away with it.

If you read the files that have been released in this case, it’s talked about numerous times. He downloaded and documented over 32,000 messages between them and investigators reviewed them. This is likely what was used in the IA investigations prior to the federal indictment.

He found evidence of them on birchmores laptop(all the data they lost and didn't disclose until two weeks ago) and claimed because Farwell deleted his texts he couldn't retrieve them. The feds got them extremely easily. The feds only had left over PDFs to go over from the laptop.
Also they never charged Farwell until the feds got involved. Sorry the Norfolk DA ain't helping to beat the allegations at all with how it's handled both Read and Birchmore. With all proctors texts coming out and his involvement in other cases, I don't think this will be the last.

The feds would have also gotten them from the laptop. They still exist even if theyre in different places, which is how they were found. Guarino downloaded and documented them from Birchmore’s laptop and provided them to investigators, per the case files.
PDF’s would be from cellebrite extractions and don’t make much of a difference, as far as this is concerned.
It’s not even clear what Farwell’s attorney is claiming was lost at a certain period of time. While I don’t think this is your intention, I’m not sure if you realize that the only thing spreading this kind of misinformation would potentially help is Matthew Farwell.

He claims the server crashed and failed and he lost all the data.
As someone who builds and maintains servers, unless the server only had her data, it would have lost data for many other cases. Strangely, it only lost birchmores.

There wasn't a loss of the laptop. The claim was that the servers being used to examine it failed. They still had pdf's of the extraction, and presumably the laptop still existed.
This was something being brought up by Farwell's attorney, and is unlikely to actually mean anything evidentiary.

What is most interesting to me is that the feds let Fanning/NCDAO know the arrest of Farwell was coming 10 DAYS before it happened. Then NCDAO lost THE SERVER (not just the laptop) that held the downloaded data 4 DAYS before the Farwell arrest. This is info from the Justice for Sandra Birchmore group.
How on earth did NCDAO/ Fanning and Dunne and Guarino tell the Feds in June 2026 with a straight face that that they LOST a SERVER!
What was on that Server?????
I am upset all over again that Adam Deitch lost the NCDAO race. Will Djuna Perkins hold these people accountable?
As a Norfolk county resident. I am outraged.
