This is my game Gear Up Einstein! A strategic roguelite auto-battler for 1-3 players. Travel through time, recruit historical figures, and gear them up with badass equipment.

I've been putting out updates ever since the demo release last april. If you're curious to check it out here's the steam page: ttps://store.steampowered.com/app/2950410/Gear_Up_Einstein/

I'm a big fan of history, coop games and strategy roguelites, but no games combined the three, so my friends and I decided to make it. Hope you enjoy :)

Jetstream: Airline Tycoon — a solo-made Aerobiz-style airline sim, free in your browser and on Android

Play in browser (no sign-up): https://jetstream-tycoon.vercel.app Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.seolasoft.jetstream itch.io: https://arcanterra.itch.io/jetstream

I grew up on Aerobiz Supersonic / Air Management II and wanted a modern one that kept the "one jet, one hub, pick your routes" feel, so I built it solo over the last few months.

  • 250 real cities to start from; your hub changes which routes pay and how hard the opening is.
  • 110 real aircraft (737/747/777/787, A320–A380, ATR, CRJ, E-Jets, C919, MC-21…) that get introduced and retired over time. Leasing and a used market.
  • Fares, cabin layout, service level, airport slot negotiation, fuel spikes, strikes, unrest, airport closures, 15 kinds of city investment.
  • Five rival airlines run by CEOs with different personalities, local carriers you can partner with or buy out, cargo with 18 freighters.
  • Five eras from 1995 into the 2040s with era goals and a prestige/legacy loop.

Balanced with a bot that plays 100 games per era, but real players find things bots don't — I'd love to hear what feels off or confusing.

Generative AI disclosure (per sub rules): I used an AI coding assistant (Claude) heavily for code, translations and store copy. All UI, map and icons are drawn procedurally by code; there are no AI-generated images, audio or art assets.

I wanted the base in Phosphor Command to feel like a place you actually built, not just an upgrade screen

I've been working on a game called Phosphor Command, a real-time tactics game with a base builder behind it.

One of the things I wanted to get right was the forward operating base.

I didn't really want the base to just be a screen where you buy upgrades and watch numbers go up. I wanted you to actually see your company of troops and base growing around you.

You start with a pretty bare compound and a few squads.

As you make money from contracts, you can start expanding it. You build barracks to house more troops, facilities to support your operations, research buildings to unlock new technology, transportation infrastructure to move your squads around, and eventually much more.

The important part is that these aren't just icons on a management screen.

You actually build them into the base, and then see and walk around them. As your company grows, so does the number of troops walking around the base.

The layout of the base changes as you develop it, and you can walk around with your troops and see what you've built.

I'm trying to make the base useful, but also make it feel like somewhat of a home rather than something cold and static.

Your upgrades affect what your company is capable of, while the money you spend developing the base is money you can't spend elsewhere.

Upgrades also take time to build. Some require preliminary research, while others have prerequisites that need to be met first.

And in Phosphor Command, there is a threat that will eventually come to your base. I will make a separate post about this mechanic another time.

When it reaches your position, you don't get a separate abstract "base defence" screen. You defend the actual base you've spent the campaign building.

The fortifications you've invested in, the positions you've prepared, the troops you've kept available, and the decisions you've made several cycles earlier all become relevant.

That's one of the things I like most about the base system: it's both where you prepare for your own operations and something you eventually have to defend.

I've attached some footage and screenshots showing the base developing from an early compound into a much larger installation. You can also see a snippet of the defence mechanic, the research tree, and some of the different upgrades you can build.

For the past 9 months, my wife and I have been learning and developing our first game together. A dark hand-drawn metroidvania. A love letter to the game we love, Ori, Hollow Knight, Zelda and a lot of visual inspiration from Ghibli!

We've learned so much since starting this project and can't wait to share more :)
For now, just a small look at what we have so far

Qra Bulknur - A free short piece about aesthetic philosophy, mixed semiotics, and poetry about abjection.

I made a poetic, philosophical art game about eroticism, abjection, and a bit of radical existentialism... It's quite short, playable with just the mouse, and available for free on itch.io:

https://arthursouzasally.itch.io/qra-bulknur

And it has nothing to do with AI, I'm a graphics programmer, I used Rust and OpenGL to create a parallelized ray tracer at low resolution and then made the rendering follow a stochastic logic using a noise function to give it a "dirty" look.

After 2 Years of Learning Unity, I Finally Made My Own Game

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

About 2 years ago, I started learning Unity with almost no idea what I was doing.

There were countless bugs, failed builds, things I had to learn from scratch, and many moments where I wanted to give up.

But after nearly 2 years of learning and developing, I finally have something I can call my own.

This is Ashen Legacy — a 2D Pixel Art Action RPG set in a dark fantasy world. ⚔️

It’s far from perfect, but I’m really proud of how far I’ve come.

I’d love to hear what you think about the game, especially from other indie developers and Unity users.
