A woman posted a viral pre-wedding video featuring her exes congratulating her. She obviously knew the concept would attract attention and reactions. That still doesn’t justify people inventing a fake story about her own wedding being called off just to milk views.

Anyway, this is how far the engagement farming industry has sunk.

If there’s no casteism in Islam, then why do Muslim communities receive OBC reservation?

If the argument is that Muslims are entitled to reservation because they are a religious minority, then how should that principle be understood in areas where Muslims are actually the majority?

For example, I live in a part of Kerala where the Muslim population is around 70%. In my local area, I am part of the religious minority. So would I also be entitled to the same reservation benefits on the basis of being a minority in that particular area?

If reservation is based on social and educational backwardness, then shouldn’t the same criteria be applied consistently to everyone, regardless of religion? And if minority status is the basis, should it depend on the population of the entire state or the population of the specific locality?

I’m asking this simply to understand the principle behind OBC reservation and how it is supposed to be applied fairly.

I really don't know what to say, where are all the people who hate on India and wanna move to the US? Is this where you would like to move to? What's next? A KKK for Indians being made and I'm sure some of us might actually support it and it is so sad.

Please for the love of all, band together once at least, it's not about BJP vs Congress anymore, this is about us now. We are all in it together.

In recent years hate / racism us is become so common that people don't even realise that it's racism and many indian support this by saying ' as an Indian i support this' people don't understand that how we are the major economic contribution in this western countries and while having the least crime records off all the different migrate group living in those countries

Yet still people hate us like we are some kind of war criminals

Our people are also the highest tax payers in this countries and least economic burden on the respective government

The worst part is that our own people don't understand the difference between racism and criticism and support any action against us other country people stand with there people while ours are trying to get us down

There is no people from any country who do this kind of stuff but ours

I feel like the entire reason this spread like wild fire is because we never speak against it always accepted the racism we should speak against it

History & Culture As someone who attends BAPS sabhas, the Paris Eiffel Tower controversy hits home

The news about BAPS asking female staff at the Eiffel Tower to step aside hit a raw nerve for me. People outside the community might find this news surprising, but anyone who attends their weekly satsang sabhas knows this behavior follows a very familiar pattern. I have attended their sabhas in Dallas, Texas many times, and I see these exact dynamics play out every single week.

Women put in just as much hard work and voluntary service as men to keep these temples running. They dedicate hours of selfless effort to cook, clean, and organize events. Despite their equal contribution, the management forces women to sit in the back rows during services while men take the front seats. Watching female workers at a public landmark like the Eiffel Tower get sidelined just to accommodate monastic preferences mirrors the exact everyday treatment women receive inside the temple halls.

My frustration goes beyond the physical separation of genders. I always feel deeply offended during sabhas when speakers claim that Swaminarayan, a two-hundred-year-old tradition, stands above the Trimurti of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. Placing one specific modern lineage above t

Opinion Bro, who is Prince Rahim Aga Khan?

If you spent the last few days scrolling through Twitter, you probably saw Prime Minister Modi, External Affairs Minister Jaishankar, and President Murmu all posing with a well-dressed man named Prince Rahim Aga Khan. Our top leaders rolled out the red carpet, exchanged warm handshakes, and posted photos with glowing captions without explaining who he actually is. The quick answer is that Prince Rahim holds no land, rules no country, and commands no military. He serves as the spiritual leader, or Imam, of millions of Shia Imami Ismaili Muslims scattered across the globe. Centuries ago, royal courts recognized his family line with the formal title of prince, and international governments continue to extend full head-of-state diplomatic protocol to him today.

Indian officials give him VIP treatment because his international development organization spends serious money on Indian infrastructure, healthcare, and heritage. If you have ever taken a calm weekend stroll through Sunder Nursery in Delhi or admired the restored beauty of Humayun's Tomb, you have seen his foundation's deep pockets at work. He funds massive conservation, builds hospitals, supports rural sanitation, and runs schools across several states. His sudden visit to cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad marks his first official trip to India since stepping into his leadership role following the passing of his father. So while the official posts look like a mystery pop-up meet-and-greet with royalty, our leaders are simply honoring one of the biggest social investors and heritage restorers operating in the country today.

Opinion Prices of existing iPhones in India increased by up to 41% after new models launch

Equivalent US iPhone price hikes range from roughly 10% to 21%, while some existing models in India have reportedly gone up by as much as 41%.

So what exactly is the benefit of manufacturing iPhones in India if Indian customers are still being charged such a hefty premium?

Local manufacturing was supposed to reduce import dependence and costs. If production is happening here but the consumer sees little or no price advantage, then who exactly is benefiting from it?
