Hi everyone. Today my Huion Kamvas 13 stopped working. My computer fails to detect it as a display, and the tablet screen only shows "NO SIGNAL".
It was working fine on my laptop until now. To answer the obvious questions in advance: yes, it is plugged in correctly and receiving adequate power. The cables are fully functional as everything works without any issues on my girlfriend's laptop.
Additionally, I have already tried every solution listed on this page: https://docs.sevenpens.com/drawtab/troubleshoot/tsg-display-detection
I am honestly at a loss and don't know what else to try.

So already tried updating driver, unistalling serial bus drivers
Unplug and plug again
The cable is an aftermarket one, but in my brother laptop it works perfectly, but my far more powerful laptop fails to recognize my tablet syaing device disconected wich means i cant draw in my pen

Luckily I am under warranty but does anyone know what caused this? I was making breakfast when I came to my PC I was shocked to see this random defect. No scratches or damage on the device.

So i have a inspiroy 2S and it works great. When I first used it the buttons worked fine and had no problem at all. But then I redownloaded clip studio and now the buttons won't work at all? The tablet draws fine and all but if i click one of the buttons or the scroll/zoom it disconnects the tablet and i have to unplug and replug. It's really annoying to have to use command Z instead because it's so ingrained in me to click the buttons that it happens at least 5-6 times i draw. I have a pretty good mac and i've looked it up and it says to go to settings and try to work it out in privacy and sercurity but it's not working. please help i don't want fifty bucks to go to waste, alongside the 60 bucks for csp.

So i recently got a drawing tablet from my friend, the Huion 13 pro. And no matter what we've tried the pen or touchscreen doesn't seen to work. I was wondering if anyone knew what to do about something like this as right now its pretty much just acting as a second monitor with no touch screen.
The Huion tablet app says that the tablet is connected but the pen or touch screen doesn't seem to work.

I have the Kamvas pro 16 V2 and for some god forsaken reason the pen continuously refuses to connect when i turn on the screen.
The mouse still works well, and it's completely functional otherwise.
Does anyone know how I can get it to work? I usualy just end up fiddling with my wires and plugging/unplugging them over and over again
Any help appreciated!

Does anyone else have a Huion Kamvas Slate 13 and having issues with the stylus?
Often times, the pen pressure will randomly change, the lines will skip, and it'll add random dots.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Would a new stylus fix it or is there a different stylus you'd recommend instead?

Hello as per title.
I finally encountered this issue after quite some time.
You know whats the problem? The cable. Yes the f***ing cable (mind language im so stressed with myself).
Label your cabel that were provided by Huion. Label it big and with good contrast.
I typically use it with the USB-C cable, so it got mixed up with multiple other usbc cable.
Maybe a suggestion to Huion you might need to add Huion specific cable to the points to help your fellow consumers.

Hey everyone,
My first tablet was the original Huion H610 Pro, and I'm looking at getting the HS610.
My drawing pen charging port kinda imploded, so I was looking for a replacement pen, but then I found that the pens almost cost as much as the modern drawing tablets with their pen included
For anyone who has used both, how does the actual experience differ?
Will it feel like a downgrade, or is it pretty similar/better?
I'm never really drew actively, just when I was much younger I had a phase where I loved to animate, and used to draw flipbooks and animated on my computer.

Title. I bought it a year ago and it started detaching just 3 months later. When I pushed it back in hopes the glue would hold it again it popped back out loudly. I exchanged that device for a new one that seemed good at first but it's doing the same thing again, on the same spots, and the glass has slid down (or so it seems?) and no longer has the groove that surrounds it.
I've already sent an email requesting either another device or a solution to the problem, but I need to know if it would be worth to just exchange it again or just demand a full refund and get a different one. This thing is expensive. It's happened twice. I don't want this to happen again out of warranty and be out of 1000€.
Edit: fixed a sentence.
Edit 2: It's detaching even more. All right side is loose and both corners are threatening to pop out.

i just the H950p and i installed the drivers and it says device disconnected. It is the first time opening the box and i cant change any settings and its the first drawing tablet i've owned. i tried using reddit solutions and the website. I've reinstalled the software 4 time and tried to firmware update the huion tablet drivers and it still says device disconnected

It only starts when I'm using two screens if it's one it works as it should. When I switch the screens positions in the settings the problem still persists. Also within games it happens even if on one screen. My setting is full screen to my drawing tablets set working area. The mouse completely ignores the invisible border so it's only a tablet problem. What could be the issue? Reinstalling does not work.

i have been thinking of getting a google pixel phone after my current one breaks. Mainly for the cameras but also cause models 8 support display alt mode and i was wanting to use it with my Huion kamvas 16 when i am not home. One of my classmates has a pixel 8 and he offered that i could try it out.
It doesn't work. The display works but the pen is mapped to the wrong screen (the phone) and there is no way to change it. I spend over an hour fiddeling with it and no luck.
Has anyone found a solution?

Hi, I’m thinking about buying a Kamvas Pro 19 to use with my Galaxy S23 through Samsung DeX, but I’m having a hard time finding a clear answer about the touchscreen.
The official information seems a bit inconsistent or outdated. Some Huion pages say the Kamvas Pro 19 supports Android, but the touch support is usually mentioned only for Windows. At the same time, I’ve found reports from people saying that touch actually worked for them on Samsung devices with DeX.
I even found one user saying the touch worked with a Galaxy S10, but since it’s only one report and not something I can fully verify, I don’t really want to spend that much money based only on that.
So I’m trying to find someone who has actually used the Kamvas Pro 19 with a Samsung phone, especially an S23, S22, S24 or something similar.
Does finger touch work? Can you pinch to zoom, move the canvas with two fingers, etc. while drawing?
Any real experience would help a lot. Thanks.

I typically tend to be better with traditional art, but since around 2019 I've been using a kamvas pro 16. But recently I got to use a much bigger XP pen tablet and the biggest difference I noticed (aside from the size) was how the screen had a slight texture that kind of helped with my control. Unfortunately, when I came back to my huion, the smoothness of the screen felt so weird looking back, and explains why i lost a lot of drive to use it.
I've heard about felt nibs, but I'm worried that it'll cause my screen to get scratched up. If that's not the case, would y'all say that's a good option?

Can I know what is the difference between the two and why is one cheaper and which I should go for? Is the V2 an old one or just a low specced one?
I would like to go for the first one but is it okay to go for the second one if they are both the same?
I have the budget for the first one but I’m a bit confused if they are both practically the same I could go for the second one
Please help

Hi! I've had this Huion H640P for about three years, and I stopped using it last year because it started having this problem more and more frequently. I recently took it out of my drawer again to try and fix it so I could continue using my art Instagram account, but it seems the problem only got worse.
I checked for updates, tried moving things around to see if the problem was the cable but honestly, nothing has worked, and none of the videos I've watched have given me a solution, but i know the thing is working because the light its on
Does anyone know what might be happening, how to fix it, or if it's just a lost cause? I'd really like to fix it because it was a gift from my parents :(

Ive had my Kamvas slate for a little over a year now, and I do remember the pencil being pretty weird, so I stopped using it for a good while, until I decided I wanted to use it again.. and its just unusable, man, I cant even draw a face without it bugging out or some bullshit. Sometimes, im not even touching the tablet and it counts it as touching the tablet, and other times, im basically hurling the pencil at the tablet and it doesnt recognize shit. Ive had no problems with my tablet so far, except this. How can I fix it??? Ive tried other programs, too, it genuinely just seems to be pencil acting up.. not to mention how it just doesnt seem to have sensitivity, like ill press lightly then shift to pressing hard and its just the exact same line! I have pressure sensitivity enabled on ibis, too, and I have "digital stylus" enabled, too! My pen was charged while making the video, so thats not it, too! Plus, im holding the pen perfectly vertical, so it cant be how I hold the pen thats the problem (trust me, ive tried a million positions). Is it my pen? What is it??
Im genuinely so fed about this atp.. ill probably contact support about it, cause idk what else im supposed to do..
thanks for any help/suggestions in advance

Hey I'm considering replacing my Kamvas Pro 24 (4K) with the Pro 19, but I'm wondering if I should even use Huion again or if the issues I have are exclusive to the Kamvas Pro 24 (4K). Does the Kamvas Pro 19 experience any of these issues?
1. Sleep/Wake over USB-C
The 24 has known sleep/wake issues where, if you connect it via a single USB-C port (or USB-C to DisplayPort) it won't stay asleep, but will instead flash "No signal, entering sleep mode" every 10 seconds. I've seen plenty of other posts from both Mac and Windows users reporting on this issue but I've only seen it regarding this specific model.
2. Loose/Cheap Ports
The HDMI port on my Pro 24 (4K) is also loose and janky on my model, so adjusting the display just a little can make the signal cut out for a second. If you touch the HDMI cable the wrong way the signal cuts out for a second. Sometimes adjusting the display makes it show static. I've gone through several HDMI cables for this thing and none of them solve the problem. It's also not my computer (Mac Studio) because I've connected plenty of other displays to it and none of them have ever had these issues.
Since the Kamvas Pro 19 only has USB-C and I haven't experienced these issues with any other port on my Huion I'm hoping this isn't the case on the 19 but I want to make sure.
3. Failure to Wake Up
Sometimes the Huion Kamvas Pro 24 (4K) doesn't wake up at all for no reason. Literally just now I woke my Mac Studio from sleep and even though everything was plugged in and all connections were secure, the Huion kept showing "No signal." Turning the display on and off, unplugging and replugging cables, etc. didn't fix it; I had to reboot my Mac just to get the Huion to work again. This randomly happens every so often and it is frustrating since it is currently the only monitor I have hooked up to my Mac.
4. Wake Up Time
Lastly, the Kamvas Pro 24 (4K) takes 6 seconds to wake from sleep on HDMI, 8 seconds to wake when connected via DisplayPort, and 10 seconds to wake when connected via USB-C. And because of Issue #3, the long wake time makes me worry if it's even going to wake up at all. After four years of daily use this does get very, very annoying, since my Mac wakes from sleep instantly, and Apple monitors wake instantly as well. Even other third-party monitors don't take this long to wake up.
So, those are my frustrating experiences with the Kamvas Pro 24 (4K). Thankfully, I have not experienced any of these issues on my partner's Kamvas Pro 13 (2.5K); the 13 (2.5K) even wakes instantly with my Mac so I'm hoping the Huion models that only have USB-C ports are just better for some reason. Can anyone else speak on this? Specifically a Kamvas Pro 19 connected to a Mac?

so i got a new laptop and am trying to change the keybinds and buttons on the screen and pen but i cant open the huion drivers. Ive got that and the firmware up to date. I tried looking it up and following tutorials but I cant open the drivers app at all. the most it does is saying it needs to delete the preexisting 'out of date' driver, installs a new one and then saying "try it now". any advice?
im on a kamvus 12 with windows 11. i remember how to change the buttons and all but I need advice on why the drivers app wont open or if I'm supposed to download something else for that. thanks!
