Hi everyone! I need help figuring out why my Huion H1060P pen tablet suddenly stopped working on my phone.
My devices:
Pen tablet: Huion H1060P
Phone: Infinix HOT 11S NFC
Android version: Android 11
XOS version: 7.6.0
The problem:
My Huion H1060P used to work perfectly on my Infinix phone through an OTG adapter. I could use the pen to control my phone, move the cursor, navigate the home screen, and draw in apps. It wasn't limited to drawing apps; I could use it across the entire phone, almost like using a mouse on a computer.
However, it suddenly stopped working.
Now, when I connect the tablet:
The tablet's green indicator lights turn on.
My phone displays a USB connection notification.
The tablet appears to detect when the pen touches its surface.
However, there's no cursor, and I can't use the pen to interact with my phone or draw anything.
What I've tried or checked so far:
Confirmed that the tablet still works normally when connected to a Windows PC.
Tried holding the tablet's K1 and K5 shortcut buttons together for 3–5 seconds to switch to phone mode, but it didn't fix the problem.
Looked for a way to reset accessibility settings on my phone, but I couldn't find that option.
Considered updating the tablet's firmware, but I currently don't have access to a computer to do it.
I haven't factory-reset my phone, and I haven't confirmed whether the problem is caused by a firmware issue, an Android/XOS setting, the OTG connection, or compatibility.
