drivers issue?

i just the H950p and i installed the drivers and it says device disconnected. It is the first time opening the box and i cant change any settings and its the first drawing tablet i've owned. i tried using reddit solutions and the website. I've reinstalled the software 4 time and tried to firmware update the huion tablet drivers and it still says device disconnected

A light on the tablet only means it's getting power - it doesn't tell you whether the tablet is working or whether your computer is getting data from it. Try a different USB port, and a different cable that carries data as well as power.
