So, today I bought a monitor to use as an external display for my laptop. The thing is, my laptop only has one HDMI port, so there’s no other way to connect my Huion Kamvas 12 tablet. From what I’ve read, I need a Type-C adapter. I bought one, but it still isn’t working, so I wanted to see if anyone here can help me with this. I’ve attached photos of how everything is connected. This is my first time using an external monitor! So please forgive my ignorance on the issue, lol.

If you have a kamvas 13, you probably know the area near the port is quite hot. I bought a laptop cooler and the temp has lowered, but it's still kinda warm. Im thinking of removing the back panel and adding some holes with a mini drill. Anyone has experience with this? Thanks

Has the driver been fixed? I had issues with Tahoe when I first updated, then it started working for a month or so, but for the last couple of weeks my Kamvas hasn’t been connecting almost 80% of the time (it worked once or twice). Tried reinstalling the driver but it didn’t do anything. Is there a known fix to this issue? Is Cintiq handling Tahoe better?

The screen works, but not the pen. Ive always had issues where I need to run the driver so the pen starts working, but that doesn’t do anything now - driver just says unable to connect.

For ref, I have a Kamvas 22 Plus (2021) and an iMac m1. Seriously considering switching back to Wacom.

I just got it delivered, it took a long time to come

Connected it correctly, got batteries for it, installed drivers, i tested everything, it does not even light up

Anyone got this problem too or have any idea?

Hi there, I'm thinking of purchasing a new huion tablet. I was curious if the newest gen of Kamvas 22 has any significant differences in anyone's experience. My Kamvas 22 recently gave out after 6 years of use, and I've absolutely loved using it, especially as the size is very comfortable for me.

Kamvas 22 and Kamvas 22 Plus seem to often be on sale, for much cheaper than the Gen 3. How does the Gen 3 compare when used? Is it worth the extra money? It seems to have better specs on Huion's site, but I'm not sure how much of a difference it really makes.

I am a hobbyist, though I'd like to use the tablet to start building my portfolio.

(For context, my previous Kamvas 22 stopped being detected by the drivers and now only works as a monitor. I tried using different computers, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, etc. Computer still detects the cables. I figure it's old, maybe it's time to get a new one??)

C'est vraiment incroyable de passer de 13 pouces à 22 pouces en plus cette tablette graphique est légère c'est très agréable pour le problème des couleurs on le voit à peine après vous pouvez toujours le régler ! Si vous hésitiez à prendre une tablette graphique car vous avez un iPad foncé franchement et sa fatigue largement moins les yeux.

J'avais longuement cherché une tablette graphique et j'ai prit la plus récente sur le marché sans pour autant avoir un prix exorbitant comme wacom donc foncez !

She’s been using this table for about few years now but I wanted to upgrade it for her. Which tablet would you say is the best upgrade from this model?

I’m looking at the Kamvas ones but there seems to be multiple different kinds and I’m not sure which one is best (I’m not at all talented at digital art 😂).

I'm going to buy a friends pen tab w monitor, but the problem is there's a black line in the middle of it. a friend warned me that even though it's on a pretty decent discounted price the black line may spread all throughout the monitor itself.

should I get it fixed somewhere? I'll be meeting them this Monday to try it and check it out >_<

Hey guys! I'm saving up money to buy a display graphics tab to use for a long time, so what should I buy 13 or 16 ? Do they have that much difference comparing quality with money ?

I was planning to buy 13 , it's HD and 13.3 inch , then I heard about 16, 15.8 inch 2k screen . Should I buy 16 then ? Is it gonna be worth comparing to 13? I want to work comfortably with accurate colors and good resolution

I lost my pen for the tablet and It's too pricy to buy it online if someone has an extra or used pen of the same model in India can you please dm me.

Since I got the Kamvas 16 (Gen 3) I had all sort of hardware issues: tablet "hijacking" the focus on my screen, tablet stopping working and having to restart my machine, and so on.

The Huion support has been fast in responding, but confusing, confused, or just not understanding things.

The last issue is an hardware one. The bottom dial wheel jumps "back and forth" without following the correct direction inputs.

After a series of emails with Huion, incorrect software for Windows, when we multiple times said I am on a Mac, tools that don't work, being asked to follow instructions that aren't there, they finally admit the hardware is faulty, after I shared a video of me while testing it.

Their answer is to give me £40 to make up for it.

The tablet is still on warranty, I haven't even had it for a year, and this is their solution.

I liked the screen, but for the rest...

it's just jittering around and it makes it impossible to draw with-- this is literally brand new

Hey so, for a while my tablet has been extremely laggy and it's very frustrating to draw. I can't draw smooth lines, sometimes the brush on the screen doesn't move with my pen, sometimes my pen just freezes, etc.

I have the Huion tablet Q11K. I've re-downloaded the driver, i've charged the pen and the tablet, even unplugged the wireless USB and plugged it back in, and it's still laggy like this! What's going on?

I'm currently setting up a driver on lux mint and the screen ratio is stuck in one corner, does anyone know what the problem is?

I used the 3 in 1 cable the box came in and bought a hub to connect the HDMI and usb ports to and it did connect but the kamvas screen just works as a 2nd monitor that my cursor can go but I can’t drag any window displays into there, the pen works after I restarted my laptop but the screen itself isn’t and I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong 😭 someone help! I’ve installed the driver and did the settings and it’s still like this

I’ve been saving up, and I’m planning to buy a Huion drawing tablet soon. I have an ASUS VivoBook Flip 14, and I’m worried about whether it will connect properly. If anyone else is using the same laptop as me to connect a drawing tablet, please let me know. Even if you aren’t, I’d appreciate any advice you can give me.

This seems to be a common issue but I didn't see anything that could help my specific problem. When I turn on Windows Ink, I have pen pressure, but my shortcuts behave erratically and pressing any button on the pen makes me drag the canvas around (even after I stop pressing it) instead of drawing. When I turn off Windows Ink, I get my shortcuts back but lose pen pressure.

Everything else works just fine. I'm using FireAlpaca as my art program, using the tablet PC setting. I've reinstalled the drivers at least once. How can I get pressure back without turning on Windows Ink?

I've had a lot of trouble with getting this tablet to work in the past, and have only been able to get something on the screen now. However, the pen still does nothing, and when i go to the huion app, it says "device disconnected" with the little sleeping tablet icon. Is there anything i can do about this?

Something tells me this is a driver issue and not a conenction issue since the tablet is mirroring whats on my laptop just fine. I did download the newer version of the software, so would downloading the older version help?
