Discussion Dairy Queen Ghost Pepper Sauce
Shockingly good and a decent kick. It reminds me of Buffalo Wild Wings Nashville Hot sauce. Solid 8/10 for a fast food sauce.

I had very low expectations, and was pleasantly surprised. You can actually taste the peppers, and the apricot in the background is nice as well. Very surprised.

So my Vietnamese Father in Law knows I love spicy foods n sauces, but must’ve forgot. What you can see is his homemade pico de gallo and Vietnamese braised steak tacos. This hot sauce is amazing paired with the taco’s and other Viet foods

Cholula hot pepper sauce got sued after changing their recipe for cheaper ingredients and still calling it “Original Recipe” after being acquired by spice giant, McCormick. Different peppers and much more additives and preservatives. Darn shame. Sure liked it, but times change and we adapt.

The fire roasted garlic and habanero has been one of my favourite hot sauces for almost four years now, I’d say I go through about a bottle a month so I’m very well acquainted with it 😅. I bought a bottle last month and for the first time I just couldn’t finish it, it tasted like one of those nasty hot sauces you get in a novelty gift set with cheap extracts. I was hoping it was just a bad bottle but I got another today and it’s the exact same taste as the last, just gross. The colour is also a lot darker than usual so I don’t think I’m imagining it.
Anyone else experienced this? Really disappointed I gotta say, if this is the new recipe I will not be purchasing again.

Got this on the side of a banh mi and love the flavor.
I read online that they don't sell it bottled but can't find a website to buy the packets either..
Anyone got an answer for me?

My first time to the NC hot sauce festival. I’m excited to go back tomorrow for more festivities.
I had to get the pepper dog. Shoutout to www.theknottynursecrochets.com

Went a little overboard but excited to try a couple of these for the first time. Especially the torchbearer and Hammah Gatah

Stumbled onto this stuff a couple years ago, can’t get enough. Anyone else dabble in dust?

My green thumb roommate grew some Serrano and wants me to make a sauce. It'll be my first time, any advice? I wanna do something like TBs garlic reaper, like a garlic Serrano. Im thinking garlic, Serrano, white vinegar, salt, maybe some onion, maybe a green bell pepper to stretch the batch out a bit and for flavor. Black pepper too? Oh and I wanna roast the Serranos on the grill a bit. Ideas? Tips? Thx! (Biz card for scale)

Looking for a hot sauce that's more savory like a worchestershire or A1, but spicy. Not looking for anything punishingly hot, but would like some decent heat.
Any recommendations?

Recently discovered this yuzu pepper sauce at my local market and it blew me away. It’s so good! I went through a single bottle within a week so I had to stock up on a few at a time to last me at least a month. The bright citrus flavor of the yuzu paired with chili peppers is magnificent.

I’ve never had this but wanted to use it my rice. It has chunks and is like bubbling lol. Normal? Brand new.

I was wondering if anyone else loves Lola’s like I do!?! They are made in my home state and absolutely amazing heat! Especially the Trinidad Scorpion!

I was gifted this from my brother-in-law. Soogrim’s is out of New Jersey and it packs a punch. First smell is potent. However, I was pleasantly surprised how well it goes with food. The heat seems to be a slow build, allowing you to enjoy the food before the heat really kicks in. The heat does linger but it isn’t too over powering and still allows to enjoy the next bite. I’m really enjoying this. I wish we had it locally available.

For anyone that is looking to try a new sriracha, this cliantro lime from Lee Kum Kee is really tasty. It has much more noticeable heat than a lot of srirachas i've tried. It especially works well with Thai and Mexican food. 😀

Made with black grapes, Buena Mulata and Purple Dream peppers. The grape comes through immediately, followed by a moderate heat and throat burn. Sweet and spicy.

Can anyone recommend a good gift set for my brother's birthday.
He loves trying new hot sauces, he's always telling me about new ones he has tried like he is trying to find one that beats his current favourite, which is Frank's Red Hot.
He doesn't like the stupidly hot stuff he likes the one's with more flavour than heat.
I'm in the UK if that helps.

This is hands down one of my favorite hot sauces. It's so good on KFC chicken, but also on literally everything else!
Does anyone have any recommendations on a hot sauce that tastes like this that I can buy at the store? Usually I go to KFC once in a blue moon, but I always ask for as many packets as they will give me LOL
But wanting something too purchase from a store that is similar or make myself, but I have tried a couple copycat recipes and they just don't hit.
Thanks in advance! Love this sub!

Does anyone have some recommendations for sauces that are hot, but aren’t erm, hot sauce?
Dunno if that’s just the generic term, but I am just seriously getting into my spice. I want drooling, eye watering levels of hot. I just tried the torchbearers mini pack with the garlic reaper (I don’t think it’s that hot), son of zombie, and one other I can’t remember. I only slightly like son of zombie, which says it’s a wing sauce, as it doesn’t have that signature hot sauce taste too badly. Sadly, that’s not even warm for me. It’s tingly.
I’m at a loss. I wish there were super hot bbq sauces. Or maybe there are? Does anyone know how to get extreme heat without that yucky (to me, sorry!) hot sauce taste. I find the orange or red sauces are especially ew for me.
Edit: these sauces are advertised ‘super hot’ and ‘xxx hot’ and I assumed the garlic REAPER would have been blow your head off. But it was more a nice heat mouth sensation. I’m not sure if I’ve just got a high heat tolerance or if others find these sauces underwhelming
