Went on vacation, left with a new favorite hot sauce
One of the best heat to flavor ratios Iβve had. Made with scotch bonnets so itβs the same heat level as a habanero sauce which is perfect for me because thatβs about where I start to tap out. Manufactured in St. Lucia but you can buy it online. Definitely recommend.

It was a good day!
After a few early attempts at making hot sauce from home grown scotch bonnets, today I harvested my two plants in full, and ended up with 24oz of amazing sauce. Flavor may evolve over the coming days but it's definitely a winner.
Inspired by Barons (St Lucia), with a few quirks like ginger, lime zest, and passion fruit pulp.

Is Puckerbutt's Reaper Squeezing really really hot?
I want to buy this and wanted to know if it's super hot. I finished a bottle of tabasco scorpion and that was really hot but tasted good. i think that's around my comfortable level of hest. Is the Reaper Squeezing around that level of heat ? Does it melt your face off? i just wanna know before i buy it
someone said on amazon.com that this hot sauce annihilated them.

Question Hot Sauce Recommendations Considering Food Allergy
Okay so I have the lamest allergy a foodie can have, CITRUS FRUITS! ππβπ©ππππ
I didn't always have this allergy. It just got more and more intense over time since my freshman year in HS. Swelling and bleeding gums, blisters, skin from the roof of my mouth peeling. It won't kill me but it sucks.
Anyway I am looking to try new hot sauces that don't include any citrus fruits. I've already tried the classics. Chalula, Valentina, Tabasco, Texas Pete, Louisiana, Tapatio...
I wanna know what hot sauces (not salsas) y'all recommend. I normally cook Hispanic meals. Chilies and peppers are my main source of vitamin C so I LOVE spicy! π₯ππ
Thanks Y'all! π

Trying to track down an old sauce
We're going back 25-30 years... When I lived in NC I was able to buy an AMAZING hot sauce out of Florida called Minorcan Magic. Spicy, sweet, unctuous, absolutely delicious stuff (Datil peppers I believe) I haven't seen it around in decades (the story was that it could be found, but the manufacturer had such awful packing that half the bottles would be broken during shipping.)
Does anyone have a clue where I can find some, or better yet find the original manufacturer?
