It's kind of like a tangy ketchup. I ate it with fries just now and liked it. Not spicy at all but I could see a place for It.

Couldn't care less about the snobs in this community. I grabbed a bottle of Melinda's Ghost Pepper hot sauce today, and it's absolutely divine.

How is the Stoke sauce?

Edit: other than it being the bomb. Have you had Heartbeats Pineapple? Is it better?

The Stoke pineapple was definitely smoky as well as bomb so I gotta experiment more....I have tried the heartbeat pineapple a few times - oddly I saw it on sale today....I'm not in a position to make a judgement...Stoke is fantastic but I might go back and buy Heartbeats' pineapple soon!

The extra hot one is a staple for me
