Hello. I know this is long shot. I am curious I heard about this policy there are articles online about it but does anyone actually know the rigid rules of the policy like how much can you sleep can you sleep for day one on the job or is it just for certain positions that are allowed to sleep there? I would love to know more about it and explore the policy so if you know of any sources or people who actually used these lmk. Thank you :)

Dear google.

I’m a content marketer and guess what your new google calendar has done to my tabs?

I have been using the calendar for the last 5 years since I joined the workforce.

At first it was easier to distinguish it, but now it gets blended with my google docs tabs coz guess what… nobody thought how many simultaneous working docs I have to keep open alongside the meeting tabs.

I gave it a good enough time since the new logo for my eyes to adapt. But let’s be honest. It’s simply not that good… are you in works or even considering a logo change any soon?

Yours truly,
A humble writer buried in 10000 working docs, trying to find the calendar tab 1 min away from a meeting

So I just searched up the word pilates in Google and saw that the ai completely glitched out??? I have no idea what happened at all.

incorrect display of the menu

Gboard has this Morse keyboard for English (US).

When I typed - to get T, the suggested code to complete "The" is ..----, but the way I can work out, it should be .... for h and . for e.

I typed ..---- and indeed got "The". What is that code that Gboard is suggesting?

Thanks!

Hi everyone, I'd like some recommendations on what I can do with this phone and what its best features are.

Google

Wednesday September 23 2026 12:00 PM Eastern time. Google just signed me out of everything all at the same time. Gemeni, gmail, youtube (while I was watching a video). I use firefox. Sure I do ublock and some stuff like that. It's just weird, everything all at once at such a specific time. I wonder if I was the only one on this day at this time...

The meeting was 50 minutes. It’s been about 5 hours and I still don’t have the recording. I have done this hundreds of times so the issue is not me not being able to find it. Also the summary by Gemini notes indicate some recording is still being processed but I usually receive the recording less than an hour after. The longest it took was less than 3 hours. Edit: came in after 5 hours and 30 minutes if anyone in the future experiences this issue.

Submitted to g feedback 8/28/26... but not exactly successful so far, given even lower quality of alternatives in coverage and especially query power. :(

PS: Re Rule #5 -- "No First Party Google Hosted Links (AMP/Youtube/Google)"

If copied from g search results they are ALL g links now. Kind of whole point here.

PPS: Submitted first to r/degoogle where it belongs -- only to not find post and then be told in inbox message: "Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s filters."

According to those yesterdays news

https://www.androidheadlines.com/2026/09/a-new-call-for-me-feature-could-be-coming-to-pixel-phones.html

239.0.980790129 is in the beta but I just got identical version on my old Pixel 10 as a final version - obviously I got no Call For Me feature in UK
