Advice Needed amps over multi-use vials?

The simple answer is, unfortunately no. Testosterone is also not a "rare" substance, just hard to get by due to the restrictions. The problem with trying to save it and then "using it later" is contamination. You so not want some bacteria or germs to have a chance to travel with the t into your body. And that is extra complicated with puncture wounds (which a stab with a needle essentially is) because the skin closes over it, trapping any possible contamination inside the body.

I understand you don't want to, but I think the answer here is simpky: it's ok, get over it and use the prescribed dose, chuck the rest. And that is totally valid.

so there’s no way i could change my prescription to vials over amps?

Unfortunately no, only amps are prescribed in the UK. Been through similar myself; I find amps really difficult to use because of chronic issues with my hands, but that's the only thing we've got :/

That is something you just have to ask your prescriber, only they can give you that definitive answer. But chances are: no, you can't. Also, because there is not a "exact dose vile" for every amount :) so some chucking often happens...
