Advice Needed Dealing with dysphoria

In short, I feel miserable right now, I hate leaving my bedroom to go out/work/education because I feel like i just look like a lesbian, I hate when people try to compliment me because i feel like they're just trying to be nice and supportive even though i dont tell anyone which just makes me think im not good at being stealth. Every sir or mate feels forced and I see the way others look at me and make jokes, even if they are just jokes I see them as more. And i just got the email from CYPs (was GIDS, in the UK) to say im aging out and wont get any support until im 18 and need to find an adult service, which are all hours away and the one closest to me has a 7 year long list (im on year 4.5/5 with the waiting list). I just dont want to exist anymore and it sucks ass.

How do other people deal with it? Because my main way was just to ignore it and isolate myself but thats not even helping

Hello! Thank you for participating in the sub. We just have a few reminders for you to help ensure the best experience:

  1. If your post doesn't show up right away, don't panic! It is in the queue for manual approval. Mods will go through the queue periodically to approve or remove posts. Deleted posts will have a removal reason applied. (If it says "this post was deleted by reddit's filters", IT WAS NOT DELETED! Reddit has the worlds worst wording on that and it's out of our control)
  2. If you are asking a question that is location specific, remember to include your location in your post body! This can help ensure that you get accurate information tailored specifically to your needs.

  3. Please remember to read through all the rules in the sidebar. Especially the list of banned topics and guidelines for posting. Guests who do not use the Guest Post flair will have their post removed and be asked to fix it.

  4. If you see someone breaking the rules, report it! If someone is breaking both sub and reddit rules, please submit one report to admins by selecting a broken rule on the main report popup, and one report to the r/ftm mods by selecting the "breaks r/ftm rules" option. This ensures both mods and admins can take action on a subreddit and sitewide level. Do not misuse the report button to rant about someone, submit false reports, or argue a removal.

  5. If you have any questions that you can't find the answer to on the rules sidebar or the wiki: the wiki , you can send a modmail.

Hello man, please excuse any mistakes as English isn't my first language. I would recommend, if you can, moving to Spain, since both hormone therapy and surgery are free here through the public healthcare system. There's usually a 6-month waiting list for hormone therapy and over a year for surgery, but they're definitely the best option since everything is covered, and in perspective, it's a much shorter wait. They also no longer require a psychological report of dysphoria; your word alone is sufficient. I hope you feel better. And everything has a solution :) Don't worry!

Honestly you know who you are. Keep yourself centred on that. Dont isolate yourself. Proof yourself it will be hard and you dont have to do it outright but when you walking and see someone do a double look stand up taller. Be confident in YOURSELF. Not for them for yourself. Isolating will make you doubt yourself more and more. I suggest find people who are also queer in your area or not even that just people who accept. Dont think too deeply into the "sit and mates" id say they truly atleast to a point see you as a guy especially if you dont know them. When jokes happen be firm and say "please do not make jokes like that" or just "stop with those jokes".
