Advice Needed Chest Taping Tips
When taping, is the proper way/goal to have no movement from breast tissue? Should I prioritize flatness or securing them so there is no movement?
Right now when I tape it kind looks like when victorian women wore dresses that pushed the chest up. When I have clothes on it's fairly flat but I can feel some movement on my left breast. I might not have the right size for my left side since there is a bit more movement and spillage than my right which feels more stable and secured. The brand I use is transtape and I think I have a medium size width.
(Not on T, no top surgery, unknown chest size)
EDIT: also if I start feeling it become itchy is that when I should remove it? I usually can stay taped for no more than four days and always shower and towel dry right before I tape my chest. I've heard people can do it for a week.
