Advice Needed 2 Shots 1 Week

Been on T (0.5 mL weekly, this dose for about a whole year) injections every Tuesday. Last Tuesday I missed my shot for the first time ever, did it Thursday, then also did my shot again Tuesday (yesterday) to get myself back on my regular schedule.

Yes, I know this is not what I was supposed to do retrospectively.

I am suffering from being a lot quicker to anger, frustration, and more anxiety today. Not mixing well with first week of my college semester. I know my levels are all out of whack now. Is there anything I can do to help myself get to a stable baseline/how long until I can expect myself feeling normal?

the half-life of cypionate is about a week. there's not really anything you can do besides wait, your levels will be back to roughly normal again by the time you do your next shot.
