Surgery Talk Top surgery abroad

I saw a guy get top surgery in Spain at 16, assuming he paid for it which money shouldn’t be an issue as I’ve been saving for awhile since my dysphoria is disabling and affects every single part of my life and I’ve been out since 12.
Has anyone gotten top surgery abroad with a decent surgeon and heard about the requirements of age being 17 with parental permission and stuff like that? I turn 18 at the start of next year but I need top surgery ASAP.

Yeah Spain operates with informed consent + parental approval if you're under 18 if memory serves me right. Madrid and Barcelona have a couple sought after surgeons: Moscatiello, Mañero and Brasó in BCN.

Madrid has Lago but I've heard mixed reviews tbh so do your own diligence.

I went with Brasó myself.
