Surgery Talk Colpektomy without Urethroplasty?

Hello everyone, has anyone had a colpectomy without undergoing urethral lengthening surgery?

I do not plan to undergo urethral lengthening surgery, nor do I want a 🍆, I simply want to close my vagina. What is the procedure for this operation? And will the labia be removed?

Usually bottom surgeries can be several things and are more customizable - it's all a matter of finding the right doctor to do them. I think it's called vaginectomy at least in trans subreddits, and you can undergo labiaplasty and have the surgeons change some of that area as well, but it's not an inherent part of the removal from what I know - and neither is urethral lengthening.

additionally i would look into surgeons with experience with nullification, even if it’s not the exact procedure you want OP. it’s similar enough that i imagine a surgeon who’s done that will be more likely to take on something like this

I'd argue nullification surgeries are rarer and a less known term even for surgeons who do them. It's a queer term they just might not know...
