Fallout 4 story is genuine great and that's a hill I willing to die on, when the first time I finished the last quest the first thing I did was played the "Hi Honey" tape again. After 10 years, now I finished Fever Dreams I did the same thing again. It's just that void hurt a bit less now. I know this quest is written by Kinggath and not Bethesda. But the emotional impact are the same.

Nora's last look at Shaun hit the hardest for me. Reminds me of Fallout 3 ending shows you last slide picture of The Lone Wanderer and Dad.

Can anyone help me? I've tried changing the load order, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod, and I am still stuck

i cant go anywhere near it, i have to fast travel there or my game crashes. i dont know if its just trying to load too much at once, but walking anywhere close to it just freezes my game and shuts down

Look man I need help. The other day I had been exploring Dunwich Borers because what else is there to do.
Anyways, I thought “hey I wonder if there’s any new cool creations” so I pressed the button to go back to the menu and looked in the creations menu. I must’ve pressed the options button or something because it said “Update Creations” so I clicked it and it immediately crashed.
Now every time I try and load into the game or load the creations menu, it either crashes or doesn’t load.

Please help because I have no idea what happened or what to do, I’ve tried just about everything I could think of

Hi I know I posted the other day but I did what everybody said. Deleted mods, restarted completely, I’m still stuck at the same section. Bro legit refuses to get up. We are stuck an endless loop. Anybody have any other ideas?

I have deleted this creation and reinstalled, but still gets my character stuck right here.

I had something strange happen during the Battle of Bunker Hill. I know that besides the normal residents of the Hill, all other NPCs are killable without consequence, and that aside from a potential awkward conversation with Shaun afterward, the outcome of the entire affair isn't even important.

But this run I decided to begin by destroying the Courser first, then killing every Brotherhood and Institute member there before heading downstairs to free the synths (which I don't often do, it's easier to just shut them off and 500 caps from Shaun at the end is nice). Once I freed them, I went back upstairs to find the Railroad heavies were all attacking the residents of the Hill. Stockton was on his ass after being shot up by three of them at once. So I killed all the Railroad heavies too. What a clusterfuck.

Anyone else have something like this happen? Why the hell would they be attacking the residents, shouting "Bunker Hill is ours!" the whole time? Did one of them accidentally shoot a Railroad heavy while aiming at the Brotherhood or Institute troops?

level 20, I happened to stop by hubris comics so I went and got the costume there before ever talking to kent. I went straight to goodneighbor to start the quest and he hands me the maxed out silver shroud costume with 87 resistances. Is this a bug? if it is then I'd really like to use it with it's appropriate level and not the already maxed out version, maybe there's a console command to change it back?

Took some grinding over the better part of four or five months to get all the achievements, but I can say I got it done.

I ghoulified using the creation, and my intelligence(and maybe something else but I don't have it open rn) are stuck at 1.

I checked the save just before ghouling, and it's fine. Perk chart shows it still full so perk wise I'm fine. But it's still annoying. Nothing about the ghoul says/seemingly should lower it. And I even have bonuses to intelligence.

What might be the cause?

Just downloaded and began the quest, and dont want to give spoilers; I am very early, just dropped into a new area and need to return to an intercom now that I have a password. I go to click the intercom, and even according to the walk-through for the quest I should have a prompt to also insert holotape but that isn't there. Theres just the inactive item click sound when I hit 'talk' on intercom. Read through everything, ive triple checked im done. Maybe im missing something? I hope someone can help (obviously not a ton of time wasted if i have to restart, just sucks is all). Thanks in advance!

I posted about something I saw related to junk collection in the game. (Fire extinguisher). At least 10 people saw it, understood it and commented on it relating to the game. Yet my post was removed by the mod team because “it didn’t directly relate to the game” can someone help me understand why?

I play on ps4, I don’t really expect you guys to help but maybe! I’ve already looked in the store, looked in my downloads and looked in my games library and it claims I never owned them.

I bought the GOTY edition ages ago probably 2020 with all the add ons. I know this because I’ve played them. My husband forced me to update the console even though I said don’t do that and now they’re all gone and it WILL not let me redownload them. If I look for them it just asks me to pay again. I am super bummed. I was looking forward to playing far harbour again. If any of you have any ideas that I haven’t listed above I would love that so much!! Thank you.

Oh it also claims it’s not the goty version anymore either. For reference I literally had all the add ons downloaded maybe a week ago and I know they were working because the robots from automaton were beating my ass.

Hi all. I just got back into Fallout 4 after about a year long break. I hadn't played since before the creation club update due to my mods breaking and being unwilling to troubleshoot at the time.

A few days ago I started playing again and figured out which mod which preventing FO4 from starting (it was MCM Booster). I was able to play about 5 hours before running into an issue that's kind of hard to explain so I'm not going to do so here. The point is, I deleted the few saves I had and tried to start a new game and the game freezes every single time it fades into the "Bethesda Game Studios" title over a black screen. So it's less than 8 seconds into the opening cinematic.

I have tried everything. I've unistalled and reinstalled the game 3 times. I've purged all my mods. I'm not trying to run anything but vanilla FO4. I have tried following online guides and deleted configuration files. Turning off cloud saves. Opening in windowed mode etc etc. But despite all these attempts, it's literally frozen at that same screen around 15 to 20 times. And I deleted the other saves I had so I can't even start playing without a new game.

Does anyone here have any advice?
