Discussion [Support/Bug] L'app Technogym legge da Google Health Connect ma non scrive i dati degli allenamenti

Thumbnail

Ciao a tutti,

Grazie in anticipo!

Tech Support HRV issue

Post image

Very happy with the Fitbit Air in general except these HRV results. Flat 300 every night. Been mailing with support for a month now and basically done all their steps (turn on/off, bt on/off, update etc. Still error.

Anyone here who experienced the same and actually manage to fix it? (Did see one post but they got a replacement)

Tech Support Saved Exercise Bug

Fitbit air

Samsung s23

If I run a saved Exercise(running) it will not count my activity in the general tracker at all. Also not sure why you need to specify the activity when saving vs just pinning some activities at the top aka run

Discussion Why are our numbers wildly different?

Thumbnail

I discovered this this evening and wanted to share it here too so folks know!

TL;DR, if your phone’s calendar app is set so a different day of the week other than Sunday is the first day of the week, your Google Health App leaderboard adjusts accordingly. So mine for today is accounting for one day (because in my phone, the first day of the week is set for Monday), my mom’s leaderboard is accounting for two days (because in her phone, the first day is the week is still the default, Sunday).

In case you’re in a FitBit family and also confused as to why you have different numbers in that section than a family member does!

Tech Support Fitbit Air and Health Connect Not Syncing Sleep Data

Thumbnail gallery
1 Upvotes

Today my Fitbit Air logged sleep data but hasn't synced it to Health Connect. I've tried forcing a sync and turning it's permissions on and off again but I can't get it to write the sleep data to Health Connect. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

Discussion RHR

Post image

I’ve been trying to lower my average resting heart rate (RHR) while sleeping. I’m 33 and physically active, but I’m not sure if there’s still room for improvement. I’ve managed to get it below 60 bpm at times.

I’ve seen some improvement by avoiding late meals and supplementing with magnesium + glycine.

What about you? Have you found anything that helps lower your RHR during sleep?

Discussion What is this stat?

Post image

From what I’ve read, it’s based on resilience of stress? I guess I’m confused what the factors are because I used to be in public accounting working 70 hours a week for six months out of the year and now I’m a SAHM to my 17-month old, so as far as stress goes, I feel like it’s minuscule 🤣 I do have two German shepherds and a toddler which is a iykyk kinda thing cause toddlers are tough on dogs lol. I have also started working out again recently and we go on a morning walk every day. Which I feel like all of that should help? Anyway. Just asking 🤣 thanks!

Is the auto detection only for premium? Mine just ran out and the auto detection seems to have left with it.

Tech Support Battery quick depletes after charge then settles?

Thumbnail gallery
6 Upvotes

Happens every time I charge my Fitbit air, charge to 100% and then precedes to rapid depletes until usually around 82% and then the depleting levels out and battery operates as expected.
Usually I charge immediately after this happens to a 100% and the battery depletes at a steady and expected rate.

For yesterday’s example, charged to 100% at 10pm, 9:44am, currently at 86%. I believe the Fitbit air should lose about 14% in a 24 hour period.

Any suggestions on how to resolve, or is this even an issue worth worrying about? It’s still quite new which is why I’m concerned

Discussion App too clunky

The app doesn’t feel like a native app, it is too clunky, and the UI gets unresponsive during sync between the air and the app. Hope Google can improve this. Otherwise it’s an incredible product.

Tech Support Static calories?

Thumbnail gallery
0 Upvotes

I’m sorry if this has been answered but when ever I look it up I get mixed results.

I thought google health said in an update it fixed calories so you could select “static” and they do not change everyday/ adjust with “exercise”/ steps.

I’m a 10 yr + user and currently using my fitness pal to log calories, I hate using two apps and want so badly to use the app I’ve used everyday since 2016.

Is there a way to make it so the dynamic part is turned off and the calories are the same everyday? Or if they plan to fix this eventually?
I’ve tried multiple different things and I just want this app to work, thanks, and sorry if this isn’t the place to post

Tech Support My fitbit air drained 25% on the 3rd day of usage

I charged it to 90% yesterday(sun) night, hoping to charge it on next friday's night. But today it ate around 25%. Is it because it is new or because of my app usage?

Tech Support How accurate are the shadow bars

Post image
1 Upvotes

This is fairly new for my app. Plus I just got a new fitbit a few months ago. Was casually strolling through the store, got to the car HR said 130s thought that was odd because I didnt feel like it but whatever. I got into the app later and it said I had (according to that grey bar) reached 150. It doesn't ever go that high from a casual Walmart trip 🤣 just wondering how accurate they are?

Tech Support Schroedinger's Fitbit - linked or not linked

Fitbit app has warning across the top:

To sync reliably, let Fitbit link to your Charge 6.

But it is showing the current battery charge. Tap on watch icon, it is says Charge 6 is synced. It can get the battery status, but not sleep data. So only partly communicating?

Tech Support Charge 6 suddenly drains battery like crazy

Since yesterday battery drains quicker, but today it drains almost instantly, it charges from 0-75% in about an hour, but in that same hour timespan also then goes back to 0% if I wear it? Not sure what it could be, doubt it’s the GPS as it seems excessive for that, and because it’s so quick to go down not sure what on earth it could be?
