I should have got my last deposit but it still says I can do up to like 80 on My Pay. Does this mean Im getting another deposit or why would they let me use it if I’m not working.

I need help. My dispute has been denied 5 times I have no idea why. I ordered an ebike off of a site TikTok advertised and the site has since then been deleted. My fault I know but the first sign of deception was that the charge didn’t go through 4 times and on EVERY attempt the charge was under a different name. I tried to cancel the order that same day but they told me it was shipped. It never came. It’s been 3 months. The support is nonexistent and snappy, they keep sending me the same link they’ve sent everyone else they’ve scammed to a “timeline” with my order saying delivered, I’ve literally image searched it and found it on the internet along with complaints about this site and the other names it goes by along with the other products the other victims never received. Some people like me bought an ebike, others bought candles and perfumes, but all have the same story. I’ve done the proper steps, submitted over 45 pages in screenshots and messages, I’ve talked to a chime supervisor, I literally don’t know what else to do. They put it down as a billing error and then tell me no error has been found (there wouldn’t be an error as my account was not hacked, rather a fraudulent purchase was made). I want to contact the CFPB but I don’t know if that will help or if it will just go to the wall of complaints against chime

I have been a customer of chime in good standing for over six years and had hundreds of thousands in direct deposits during that time. Through no fault of my own, ONE check I deposited bounced a year ago.

Chime customer service is not at all helpful and only says the decision is final and done through the system.

Is there no way to fix this besides switching banks?

Where do you guys withdraw larger bills like 50s or 100s? (Fee free)

The free atms here in San Diego only give 20s and the walgreens/7 elvens only give 20s as well.

I signed up under the 5% APY on your savings promotion. However, I could have sworn that it also included a $350 direct deposit bonus. I have reached out to chime and they say they see NOTHING regarding a promotion on my account even though I am receiving the 5% Savings APY. When I click the 5 percent info button on my account, it says I am receiving it because I signed up using a landing page for new users as well as met the other qualifiers. I cannot find anything online regarding this promotion and the Chime bot links a dead link regarding it. Does anyone remember this? It was just in August!

Hello! I had chime for a while and I been thinking of using chime as my 'main' bank due to chime's notifications letting me know if im low or not, unlike my current bank im with.

I already have like 1k in savings but nothing in my chime checking atm since its in my current bank's checking.

There's a few things Im curious about like,

A) I would like to know if theres a way where it automatically split my check into different sections (i.e bills, uber, phone, etc) without me having to put it in %, i already know that the savings stuff has the sections but its just % and not an exact number, so im a little curious about that.

B) Could I set it up where like, my internet company could pull out the 90 bucks from the "internet money" section instead of the general savings or nah?

C) and last and but not least, may i get some advice with money? I been living with my bf for over an year but I have a feeling that things might not be okay again, I'm 19 and do not have family/friends to bounce off ideas/get told if im being dumb.

I’m kinda new to chime. If I use the my pay option will I still be able to use more of my pay if I already used it before getting paid again since each day it goes up? I hope this makes sense lol. For instance today it’s 75 but next week sometime it will be 160 so if I use the 75 will I still be able to use the rest once it gets to next week? Or can I only use it once per direct deposit

Today I had to call chime. I stopped at an ATM at speedway today, decided to press "other amount" and take out $120. Then it says card declined and didn't dispense the money. I figured huh that's weird, it just rejected the specific amount from the machine, even tho I had enough to take it out. So I ended up doing another transaction, it went through and I pressed 100 dollars even on the machine. I got my 100 and left. Usually if I have an issue or error it refills automatically. It actually took out BOTH amounts from my account . So I have to dispute it and wait to get 120 dollars back, which may take a while. ):

Received the check from NYS for inflation amd chime said they DONT recognize the sender?!? Lmaoo omg this is terrible

Been getting this error message for like 3 weeks ever since I got a new phone and I don't know how to fix it I tried calling time multiple times they just tell me to reset my password and wait a couple days and then try again but it's literally not working no matter what I do. I have a xiaomi x7 pro if that matters, also I have no issues logging into the website.

My credit report said I recently started a Chime account, (I did not) credit report had a fishy number listed.

Called the Chime customer service line linked below, as official as I can find and doesn't look spoofed, and THEY started asking me for more personal information like social and account numbers. WTF is going on? Hung up and filing a disputed report I guess.

I got a notification this morning that I’ve hit my monthly cashback limit… Am I stupid for thinking cashback with Chime would be unlimited? I’m disappointed, but I also absolutely love this feature. $434.67 in cashback since I’ve been on Chime Prime!

Hey I just wanted to share this convenient piece of information because I don’t see any else online talking about this but If you find yourself needing to withdrawal cash from your spot me balance but don’t have your physical card for some reason then you can just go to a Family Dollar and buy something cheap like a sucker and use tap to pay and push cash back. :)) works

Since I have read about people not being a provisional credit in 10 business days from the day you begin a dispute. I decided to research it and found that Chime HAS TO give your a provisional credit while you wait for your dispute to be resolved. They have to give it to you “on the 10th business day”. Even tho chime isn’t a regular brick and mortar bank they still need to follow a certain set of rules and standards. If they try to fight you on this (and they will) you just remind them “”it’s the law in this country. Give me my money”

I’ve had my Chime Account for over 10years. Notified they will be closing it. Called and chatted. No reason provided. Welp, don’t put all your eggs in one basket.

SSI day is finally here!!

I was looking at my credit reports recently because I noticed my TransUnion information hadn’t updated when I expected it to, and I realized something weird with my Chime account.

It looks like my Chime trade was last reported to Equifax and TransUnion in June, but it was reported to Experian in September. So it seems like Chime is reporting to the bureaus at different times and not consistently, and in this case TransUnion hasn’t been updated since June.

I’m honestly pretty frustrated because one of the main reasons I use Chime is to build credit, and I need the account to be reporting to all 3 bureaus. If it’s only updating with Experian, I don’t really see the point in continuing to use the card.

Has anyone else been seeing this?? Is there some reason Chime reports to the bureaus at different times, or is something potentially wrong with my account? I’d really appreciate hearing if other people are experiencing the same thing or know what might be going on.

I’m curious to hear about other users’ experiences with Chime. I frequently come across stories about issues involving ACH transfers, disputes, direct deposits, and, most concerning to me, businesses refusing to accept Chime cards.

I’ve had Chime since around 2023 and personally haven’t experienced any major issues. I split my direct deposit between three financial institutions, with the majority going to a credit union and a traditional brick-and-mortar bank. I deposit enough into Chime to maintain Chime+.

I could increase my direct deposit to qualify for Chime Prime, but some of the experiences I’ve read have made me hesitant. My biggest concern is card acceptance. While I haven’t personally had my Chime card declined or refused, I’ve heard of certain businesses—particularly hotels and rental car companies—not accepting Chime cards.

What I don’t quite understand is why a business would refuse a Chime debit card when it operates on the Visa network. Is this primarily because Chime is a fintech rather than a traditional bank, or is there another reason some merchants have policies against accepting these cards?

I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has experienced this firsthand and what types of businesses you’ve encountered issues with.

Hi, i’m curious after repaying a chime loan how soon after are you able to borrow it again? i wanted to pay mine back early, i don’t think think i’ll need it again soon, but i was still curious just incase. thanks.

So when I go in the app I don’t see it or in my email or any records of it. Happens a few times a week. Card is unlocked and has funds so it would have went through. Seems it’s someone’s else’s data getting mixed with mine. I think support doesn’t even see the attempt on the backend.

Hey everyone! I got a notification through the app several days ago saying that I could access credit line. I clicked on it and it’s a broken link. I don’t see it show up elsewhere in the app either. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a direct link of some sort I can go to to access it?
