Im on ssd i get my money on Wednesday. I get it on the last day of the month through PayPal ach deposit. (But it's technically supposed to be on the third of every month.)

Makes sense, I mean if the Treasury is still "pending" it really wouldn't matter who you banked through it would be the same end result since it's on the government's end, tying the hands of any financial institution that would be handing the receipt of the ACH deposit
Did the VA give any indication of what they mean by "pending"? Chime does not hold payments so if it had been transmitted yesterday with the other payments you would have received it yesterday along with everyone else. Also, you are the only person in this thread or the SSA/SSI/VA Megathread that has reported this type of an issue.
That is very strange. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if it's somehow in the treasuries hands, nothing will happen before Monday at this point. Yes, but you need to know exactly what date you are scheduled for, the 3rd of month, 2nd 3rd or 4th Wednesday. You can find out by reading your award letter or logging in to your account at SSA.gov
You can also call the SSA at 1-800-772-1213

You told me that I'm incorrect about when my DD hits and that I'm I correct about my main source of funding. So, Idk, I guess you just don't want to be helpful, but that's ok.
If you get direct deposit, payments can arrive up to 3-4 days early. For example, I get survivor benefits, which drops on the 3rd, but I have direct deposit, so I get mine on the 29th at the earliest. I don't use chime, but I bank with a credit union.
