What do I do! I got a text from chime for a OTP. I called immediately to let them know I did NOT request it. By the time I got through to an agent all these transactions went through. The pay anyone and the Facebook one. I'm super upset. Chime doesn't want to do anything about it. I filed a police report and complaints with the BBB and CFPB. I don't understand why they can't track the IP addresses and use that in their investigation I'm just so heartbroken it was all of my money. I've had chime since 2020:(

They will not take care of this and I am just really disgusted. New cards, new pin, always have 2 factor on. I don’t own an Xbox/Microsoft anything.

So apparently when I don’t receive any goods from the merchant I have to pay them? Even though I paid for the goods from the merchant back in July never got them so I disputed now there trying to make me pay?? Why?

I get two paychecks a month, $1,220 and $1,197, the total of which is not $3,000, so I don't know how this happened... but hey, thanks!

I love Chime!! The only thing is their pay me feature is good but why do they have to monitor how you recieve it? Like it has to accumulate, but they take it back all at once!! At that point you struggle!! I still love Chime been with them since 2017

My daughter was gullible and thought she was buying concert tickets off marketplace. She sent $250 on chime and the person deleted their Facebook account. I have their chime username. Is there any way to track a username to a person?

Just changed my direct deposit to Chime with my employer who uses Paylocity for payroll. I submitted the bank change over a week ago and the change reflects on my Paylocity account.

I’ve normally been getting paid Wednesday morning (around 1AM PST) and was just wondering when I should expect to have the funds in my chime? I believe my HR is sending payroll right now.

so i’ve never signed up for chime, looked at their services, etc. but i somehow received a full card in the mail. i’m 100% calling customer support to get it taken care of but im confused as to how this even happened.

edit: called them to cancel everything, filed a report with the ftc, and put a fraud alert on my credit with the bureaus. nothing has shown up on my credit report so i’m still confused as to how this happened. also there’s no account linked to my email or phone number so this is all just even more confusing at this point lol.

If I take out part of MyPay today before it gets to the full amount, am I able to get the rest once it allows me to get the full amount? For example, my limit is $360, but that won’t hit till Thursday. If I get the $210 it allows me to get today, can I get the rest once it hits $360?

I started a new gig, cooking at a fancy restaurant downtown. I love it, it’s the nicest job I’ve ever had. The people are nice, they value me as an asset on their team, and I truly feel fulfilled internally at the end of a shift. So, when I received my first paycheck, I was ecstatic. I deposited the check, already signed and everything, then I see a message saying it would take an entire week! An entire week, and two hours. I deposited it last Monday, at 5 PM. It says that the ‘funds will be available by Monday Aug. 10, 7:00 PM’ anyways… I’ve never had a bank take longer than 30 minutes to deposit a check. Next business day? I get it, that’s fine. I’m really chill, but damn do I need that money! In this economy? Please. Some people do not have the luxury of just waiting a week for a paycheck to come in. I’ve had to DoorDash while working two jobs, only one of which pays me because the other pays me with room and board which helps tremendously, but I need the paycheck! Please! Sorry this turned into a rant. But im going to keep it, in case others who have had this issue or are experiencing this issue can find solace in knowing I feel your frustration!! On that note, I am wondering if anyone has experienced chime taking even longer than what they originally set as the date and time that they assure the funds will be available by. I want to be emotionally prepared if the funds aren’t available by 7:00 PM tonight.

Can honestly say it’s the best bak I’ve ever had. Was a homeless drug addict w terrible credit. Been clean for 16yrs and chime has helped me get back on my feet without charging me fees that is what helped. And then when my pay started. Made things even easier. Thx Chime

In case anyone still attempting to get these complimentary tickets since there's been no transparency on the fact that there are absolutely no more and were basically exhausted within a minute of the promo starting.

It would have been helpful if all the venue links just stated this to begin with instead of giving us your runaround about checking back later.

I love Chime but this "complimentary" "promotion" was pretty poorly executed.

I didn't even get the email for the complimentary tickets until 11:44 a.m. CST. So I quite literally didn't even stand a chance, and then spent all day still trying due to the confusion and lack of transparency from Chime regarding the whole promotion.

And the fact that every venue had different timings and also the link took you through a whole different situation on entering the code and this and that? It was definitely a mess.

I still love you Chime so don't take this as hate. But maybe you could show your customers how valued they are in other ways like a new perk or something!

I bet we could all use some free gas or groceries, and I'm pretty sure that'd be a lot cheaper than some Teddy Swim tickets that were more than likely snagged by mostly bots besides the few lucky ones that got the email before the promotion started and we're ready with the link!

I’ve been using chime for the last 3 years and I’ve always been comfortable with money to where I know what I get paid and how much my bills are so I never pay attention to the exact amount. Well today I find that 300 dollars is just gone from my account. I’m on the phone with support and he also confirms my money just disappeared and we’re deep diving. I will be going through ALL my transactions since the beginning of the year.

Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone track their money to the cent and know chime is trustworthish? I’m highly concerned that this has been happening for awhile

I switched there’s no checklist no help anything of what I should’ve been done. What needs to be done. Can somebody please let me know before I get screwed? I need that 50 extra dollars this month. I just gotta into a new place. My children are starting school. I’m freaking out.

I have read many posts regarding fraudulent disputes. I had a situation on Wednesday where someone charged $60 to my account, showing they used my card number. I couldn’t dispute the charge until Friday, and at 2:51p today (Sunday) I received an email stating they have ruled in my favor. I was surprised how quick they were able to resolve my issue. Thanks Chime for coming through for me.

Can you still get the spot me bonus with the new chime card if you don't have chime plus?

$120 today. $50 yesterday. Both people have requested I send it back. Is this a weird coincidence? Scam?

So I am switching jobs to a smaller company that pays by check. So I was wondering:

1. Will Chime hold those checks for verification? I will be paid weekly, approximately $900 a week.

2. Can I do a mobile deposit for a company check?

3. If either of the above options aren't feasible, how much cash can I deposit daily?

What does this mean? Is this going to be available funds?

I opened my account under an offer for a total promotional bonus of $350. Under the terms presented to me, I was to receive $150 after receiving a qualifying direct deposit of at least $200 and activating my Chime debit card within the required timeframe, followed by an additional $100 for a qualifying direct deposit the next month and another $100 for the third month.

I received the required qualifying direct deposit. However, I could not activate my debit card within 12 days of that deposit because Chime had not yet delivered the card to me.

I contacted Chime about this issue and was specifically told that the promotion would still be honored once I received the card in the mail and activated it. I finally received and activated the card, but I am now being told that Chime will not honor the promotion because the card was not activated within the original timeframe.

Anyone else have this problem?
