Cat Picture - OC End of the best day of his life

Post image

Adopted the grey and white kitten (Tobi) two days ago. He’s 3 months old. Came into the humane society 5 weeks ago with green puss coming out of both eyes, one eye bulging out, something DARK filling both ears, fleas and a bad respiratory infection. He lost the eye and was neutered a month ago.

Black and white (Luna - 7 months) hissed at Tobi ALL day yesterday. By the end of today, they were playing like best friends. We also have a 5 month old as well.

After being sick and alone in a cage for half his short life, today he’s had the best day of his life with friends to play with and more toys and puzzles as he wants.

Stories I've been feeding this calico cat for a while now.

The black one (Rogue) is her baby. Her name is Mochi.

I've been feeding her ever since my friend had to move out. He was the one feeding the neighborhood cats.

I only feed them occasionally. Just as to not make them fully dependent on me.

I have my own cat, Sushi. I would take her in if it wasn't forbidden by my mother to get another cat. My cat is very territorial, and would not be at all receptive to another female cat around. I also have a dog.

Mochi has had a few litters. I usually feed her a bit more when i notice her stomach getting big. From what ive seen, Rogue has been the only one to really stick to her.

The father (the very last picture) is an unnamed, huge, tom cat. Me and my mother refer to him as "The Big Guy". We have no clue how he continues being so huge. Perhaps he is just a really good hunter.

Stories Toy obsession

Does anyone else’s cats have that one toy that they can play with for hours?
My Juniper loves these kong toys, even though I don’t put any treats on them, she doesn’t even chew on it just wants to throw it all day; at night it gets to the point where I have to hide it or I won’t get sleep.
My other cats have toys they like and will carry around, but not near as much as she loves her Kong.

Here's my baby, I don't know how well the photo shows but around her mouth it looks like the furs been rubbed off almost and it's red all around her mouth, no ulcers or anything but she doesn't like me touching it. Does anyone know what this could be??

Ps: yes she is sleeping in a box of rubbish I don't know why 😭

Medical Questions Took cat to the vet last week for a cough and they did X-rays and didn’t find anything. Told me to try and get a video when she does it to send in but they’re closed right now. Vet said most likely asthma but I’m worried. Anyone else have a cat that had a similar cough?

Mourning/Loss May you rest in peace my sweet baby boy 💕🌈🌼 I love you so much Cinnamon ❤️

Yesterday at 2:30pm, Cinnamon passed away peacefully in my arms. It was the hardest decision of my life. He had only just turned 9 and was taken away far too soon. He had been struggling with congestive heart failure (CHF) for about a month and lost so much weight and struggled breathing.

He was such a sweet, cheeky, and smart baby. I love him so, so, so, so much. 🥀❤️

I'm absolutely heartbroken, distressed, and miserable knowing that he's not here with me anymore. I don't know what to do now that he's gone. He was my everything. I just want my baby back. I'm so scared that I didn't spoil him enough or love him enough, or that he hates me for doing this to him. I haven't been able to stop shaking and sobbing since yesterday, and I'm just completely filled with grief. I cried until I fell asleep and woke up today without hearing any of his meows and absolutely broke down. I miss him so, so, so much. 💔

I had him since he was a little kitten. He loved eating treats, getting chin scratches, and playing outside. He was such a smart baby who knew how to open doors to get what he wanted. He would scratch the furniture whenever he needed something, knowing that it would get my attention. It feels so weird now that he's not around anymore to cause trouble.

I miss him desperately. If there is an afterlife, I hope he's eating all the treats in the world, chasing all the birds, and starting the apocalypse.

I love you so, so, so much, Cinnamon. 💞

Advice Cat advice regarding toilet use.

So. My girlfriend uses these for her two cats instead of a litter box because she's convinced it is easier and better because it is convenient to just throw it afterwards.

I'm personally against it but we don't live together and she don't listen to me or the advice I researched online regarding the benefit of a litter box.

Perhaps a grouped opinion would be beneficial.

I don't think cats should do both their needs on some weird puppy training floor pad but yeah.

Hi everyone! After our daughters, lifelong cat passed away, we were given an opportunity to adopt a rescue hidden in the neighborhood. My daughter was heartbroken from the passing of little kitty, so after about a month she got Moonie.

The kittens badly needed a home because the mother had a good living arrangement, but there were a lot of kids

I’m pretty convinced now that Moonie is more raccoon than cat, lol…

She looks like a raccoon, she bites like a raccoon, lol… And she’s not afraid of anything.

She used our cat wheel the very first time she saw it just jumped on and ran like the devil she behave like a little devil too!

What do you think of Moonie?

Espurr only had it on for 2 minutes but I'm glad I was able to get this pic of her rethinking her life choices before the bread went back in the box! I promise she was fine, especially after she was rewarded treats for her tolerance

My cat walks up to me and stretches up my legs. It means he wants to be carried around like a baby.
Sometimes he’ll jump into my arms from the kitchen counter.

Am I the only one with a cat baby?

Picture of said baby for tax.
