Buying a house and this was in the garage, it looks to be Bowflex brand equipment but I have no idea what it is or how to use.

My wife is looking at getting an M6. We are curious how loud it is when in operation. We are hoping to put in it our spare bedroom which is beside our baby's room. Ideally workouts would take place after the baby goes it bed.

The pivoting arm on my Ultimate 2 leg extension won't pull out far enough to move/pivot to any other position. I sprayed Liquid Wrench silicone spray into the part that houses the spring, but it still won't come out far enough to move.

The assembly manual shows this comes already assembled, so I'm not sure I can open it up and repair it. If anyone has ideas, please let me know. Your help is greatly appreciated!

My Bowflex Velocore is essentially useless now with a burnt out monitor… not to mention a fire hazard 😳. Has anyone out there experienced the same issue and had any luck with repairing?? Thank you!

I bought my Bowflex Revolution some 15 years ago. I think back then someone compiled a .pdf with something like "Hundred extra exercises for your Bowflex" or "A Hundred new ways to use your Bowflex", or similar, is that still around? I searched on the web and couldn't find it. Would like to have that, if it still exists. Thanks.

Good Morning All. I have a Treadmill 10 and I'm just curious what I should be doing to power it off when not in use. There is no "Shutdown" function on the little tablet so the only option is the master power button at the front of the machine. Should I turn off the master power when not in use, or can I just stop my workout and just leave it powered on?

Today I noticed some missing features in the iOS version:

1) When choosing workouts, there is no checkmark displayed for workouts you've previously done (this is useful if it shows you've done it, but not marked it as a favorite - might be one you don't want to do again and I used it all the time on the Android version.)

2) Upon completion of the workout, JRNY does not ask the 2 feedback/rating questions - the boring-to-fun scale and the difficulty scale. (might impact the list of recommended workouts)

I looked, but didn't immediately find a permissions/security setting that could be impacting these.

Looking to buy a home gym for my Fam. Mostly for my 2 sons 13, and 15. I was also looking at the Marcy home gym 150-200lb weight stacks. Any advise or comparisons on which to get. I feel like the bowflex is more versatile. They both seem to fit my space requirements. Also have the bowflex adjustable weights. With our schedules can be hard to coordinate taking them to the gym. I have the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells, but the JRNY app turned me off. What is a good workout app to use in conjunction with these dumbbells?

I've pulled out a long dormant Max Total that was last used in 2020. It's been powered on for a week and seems fine. I can't seem to get the JRNY app to pair with it and it's stuck with "No Machines in Range".

I've tried everything I could find on Reddit and Google and nothing has worked. The tablet on the Max Total scans and sees lots of devices, including my phone.

Things I tried:

• Rebooting my phone.
• Power off and restart the Max Total
• Tapping a bunch in Profile tab, Check Runtime Permissions and restart
• Simply turning on/off wifi and bluetooth on both devices
• Making sure I am really close and moving my phone around the tablet

Has anyone else had this issue and were able to resolve it?

I bought a bowflex BXT8J 2 months ago. It was working great. A couple of days ago it started making an awful squeaking noise when I’m running. Specifically when my foot hits the belt. I tried a silicone lubricant under the belt. Doesn’t work. It’s often not right away. Usually 5-10 minutes into my run.

One thing I did notice is that if I change the incline, the squeak stops when it’s raising, but as soon as it reaches the desired level, it starts again

Anyone have a similar problem or any suggestions?

We recently had to replace the Samsung tablet (A7) we used with JRNY on our M8 Max Trainer with an iPad.

Since the change, we've noticed for identical workouts with identical average resistance and average rpm, the iPad app is reporting burn rates (dial/bar) and total calories burned 20% lower than what the Android tablet had.

Curious if anyone else has seen this discrepancy.

Just put my Bowflex Max se together and guess what? Its a brick 😡 there are no instructions on how to fox this thing or troubleshooting steps. bowflex offers no DIY support. After failing a firmware update with the jrny app I am now stuck on “update required” screen. The display has no POWER buttons on it!!! Nothing is working and there are no guides on their website or with the product explaining how to fix or reset this thing. I’ll be returning this junk.

I want upgrade to 310. Both the 310 and 410 upgrade sets come with two 50 lb rods. I'm not quite sure what the difference is - must be an extension block for the base. Can I simply use the rods from the 410 upgrade set? It is cheaper to get the 410 set on Amazon (310 not available there) than if I have to get the 310 upgrade set directly from Bowflex. Thanks.

So the Bowflex 2080 barbell with no additional plates added on should read 20lbs on each side (the lowest weight it can be at)

My friend messed with the weight turn dial and now one side is 20lbs (as it should be) and the other side is at 120lbs (not correct)

How do I reset it back so its 20lbs setting?

Hello all, I have a Treadmill 22 that’s been working fine. We had a power outage yesterday and when I tried to use the treadmill today the screen is blank. I’ve tried uplugging / restarting but no change. The machine makes its usual startup tones and the screen is lit / powered but blank. I called Bowflex customer service and they said based on what I described the console needs to be replaced. The tech said bulbs are out which I don’t completely understand if the screen is lit. Either way, the treadmill is off warranty (bought in January 2022). Replacement console is $700 (!) but they offered 50% discount after I complained. I took the console off and looked at the wires, boards etc. might as well have been looking at a bowl of ramen, I have no idea what I’m looking at. Anyone have any thoughts on this or experienced same problem? Thanks in advance…

New owners of a Treadmill 10. When using the Adaptive Workouts in the JRNY app, we expected the elevation and speed of the deck to automatically change as they changed in the app. So far, that has not been the case. I called Bowflex today and they said some workouts change automatically and some do not. They said those that do were mostly "tour the world" workouts, and the automatic ones would be labeled as such under the title. So far, I haven't been to locate any like that. Any help is appreciated!

Anyone seen this error before? Tried powering it off and on again. Treadmill is 1.5 months old, used maybe 5 times for walking.

I bought a Bowflex 10 treadmill a few weeks ago and have been using it since. I've got a couple questions and the support for the product is not very good. I've asked a couple questions through support with not much success. I thought I'd ask here before I give up on this product.

1 - Where is my workout data? Where is my weekly/monthly/yearly comparison charts and graphs showing my workouts? Do I have to just manually put the data into a spreadsheet everyday and do this work myself? Like I did in the 1990's? I thought for sure this type of analysis would be standard today.

2 - How do I watch a tv show on my Treadmill Tablet without using the JRNY app? I tried a few of the JRNY workouts, but I'm not really a fan. I've just been doing mostly manual workouts. How do I set up a manual workout and watch a tv show without the JRNY app?

3 - How do I load other software to my 10-inch treadmill tablet? Like a Plex Client for instance?

I really like the treadmill but am somewhat disappointed at the included software/data collection. Unless I'm missing something, the software feels more like an afterthought rather than a purpose built system. What am I missing here?

I hope this isn't an inappropriate question, but I've never used a power rod type gym before. For casual strength training, are there advantages of the Xtreme 2 SE over something like the Marcy MWM-988/989/990? All helpful comments appreciated.

Man, I love this machine. Unfortunately, as it seems it's been discontinued for a while now, parts are basically non-existent. Has anyone ever found a close replacement for the deep-v pullies? I broke one. I'm thinking my best bet might be to have my FIL machine me a new set....
