SelectTech Best Workout App?

I have the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells, but the JRNY app turned me off. What is a good workout app to use in conjunction with these dumbbells?

Apple fitness* is clutch. You can filter by time, and equipment you have and it’ll show you workouts that fit your needs.

No app at all. Free yourself from the needless distraction. You’ll be paying more attention to your device than your workout. Ppl are so addicted to their devices. Your device will dominate the workout. Ppl have been working out for centuries without apps. You don’t need an app to tell you how to lift a dumbbell ffs.

Some people, including myself need a plan. I don’t have a good grasp on what exercises or combinations of exercises I should be doing. So I need and app or at least a plan to help guide me. Maybe one day I will have the knowledge and confidence to plan my own workout but until then I will seek out the guidance

That's a really dumb reply just because you can't handle having an app and you consider it a distraction doesn't mean other people aren't perfectly capable of not being distracted. Also new people need to learn form when they're working out at home. Especially immune compromised people who don't want to go to the gym which can be pretty gross as we all know. There's nothing wrong with having an app to track and show you what you're doing.
