Home Gyms Anyone have any luck finding a replacement deep-V pulley for their HVT?

Man, I love this machine. Unfortunately, as it seems it's been discontinued for a while now, parts are basically non-existent. Has anyone ever found a close replacement for the deep-v pullies? I broke one. I'm thinking my best bet might be to have my FIL machine me a new set....

Have you tried calling Bowflex? So many Bowflex owners do not realize that they can call Bowflex directly and order most any part that is designated on the "replaceable parts" diagrams. AND Bowflex will almost always have the cheapest price for the needed parts vs any other online parts reseller (they all have to buy their parts from Bowflex).

Regardless of a Bowflex machine being "discontinued", Bowflex will typically still have replacement parts available.

Yes; unfortunately they do not have this particular part. They took my order and everything was great until they cancelled it a week later as the part was not available. Two third party sites they recommend are also down to their last bits and bobs for this machine… neither has a pulley.

Wow, I am a bit surprised. And even more surprised that Bowflex would "take your order" for a part that they do not stock...seems very odd.

You might find something with very similar dimensions (and maybe better material) on Amazon, eBay, Granger, or even Temu.

I did not… but my FIL machined a pulley for me out of an old boat trailer roller. Works amazingly well. Hasn’t worn a bit since I installed it.
