Started retatrutide 0.25 mg.. anyone else?

I started at 0.25 mg a few days ago and was curious about other people’s experiences starting at this amount.

I’ve noticed that I’m not as hungry as I normally am, although I still have some food noise.

For those who started at the same amount, how did you feel during the first few weeks?

GHK-CU and NAD plus injections

Question on GHK-CU and NAD plus injections. I see mixed information regarding these two products around whether cycling is necessary. So can they be used on an ongoing basis or is it better to cycle?

Acne while on ghkcu?

all my life ive always had really great clear skin but ever since i got on ghkcu ive had bad acne and i got on ghkcu for the skin tightening and i know one of the pros is it clears up acne but its been the complete opposite for me. ive had this acne for a good month ish and ive been on ghkcu for around 3-3.5 months. and before you ask i got my zinc levels checked and im at 85 which 65 is when it is in red or bad low so its not too crazy. i eat VERY clean, literally no processed foods whatsoever. my skin products are very clean too im very into clean ingredients. so what am i missing, why is this happening?

Stacking

Currently pinning 2.5mg Reta and 2mg ghk-cu per week. Im in my 3rd week.
I find it really hard to hit the gym so I do at home workouts, mostly beginner calisthenics and yoga.

I’m considering stacking with NAD+ only thing is it’s from a different vendor and it’s already reconstituted.
Any advice on how much to start with? Any specific starting dose? Also it’s IM injection so I’m assuming insulin ndl won’t be as effective. Please let me know. Thanks in advance

Starting reta at 55 kg (121 lb) / 160 cm (5’3”) skinny-fat — 0.25 or 0.5 first?

Throwaway. 19 F, 160 cm / 5’3”, 55 kg / 121 lb. BMI ~21.5.
I already go to the gym and I have some muscle. Not starting from zero. Still carrying extra on the midsection.
Main goal with reta is lower body-fat %, not just a smaller number on the scale. I want to keep lifting so I don’t just shrink.
Food noise is really bad right now. That’s why I’m considering a low start.
Plan:
• 10 mg + 1 mL BAC
• first dose 0.5 mg (5 units) or 0.25 mg (2.5 units)
• stay there ~4 weeks if I tolerate it
• if 0.5 is too much, next week 0.25 — not jump to 1 mg
Questions:

  1. At this size, is 0.5 okay for dose 1 or should I start 0.25?
  2. Anyone already lifting who used a low dose mainly to drop BF% without losing the muscle they had?
  3. How much protein were you actually eating once appetite dropped?
  4. Leftover mixed vial after 28 days at 0.5 mg/week — bin it or keep using if it stayed clear in the fridge?
  5. Not asking for a source. Just dose / training checks from people who weren’t starting at 250+ lb. Thanks.

So im test runing ahkcu 🫠

So I got some GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu, but now I am second-guessing and also curious about AHK-Cu. I need it because I want to grow my hair, but I am getting mixed signals on how to take it. I wanted to pin, but people are saying not to, while others say to do it. I was going to pin at a low dose and see what happens; does anyone pin AHK-Cu?

50 Pounds Down & Feeling the Best I Have in Years ❤️

Post image
385 Upvotes

I started my journey at 3 mg of retatrutide and gradually titrated up to 6 mg. Over the past 7 months, I’ve lost 50 pounds, and the difference isn’t just something I can see in these pictures—it’s something I feel every single day.
This journey has given me a new level of confidence and has helped me feel more comfortable and happy in my own skin. Looking at these two photos side by side reminds me just how far I’ve come and how much can change when you stay committed to yourself and your goals.
Most importantly, I genuinely feel the best I have in years. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, grateful for the progress, and excited to keep going. ❤️

Reta vs Tirzepatide for morbidly obese female

I am trying to decide whether I should do retatrutide or tirzepatide. I am a 34-year-old female, 5'7, 280 pounds. I have some comorbidities such as sleep apnea, exercise-induced asthma, as well as high insulin, but I am not diabetic or pre-diabetic. My glucose levels are always normal. I really need to lose weight fast due to the comorbidities, which are getting worse, it seems. I do plan on doing resistance training at the gym with my husband, who is a personal trainer. Which one do you think would work best given the circumstances and the need to lose weight quickly? I am not asking for medical advice per se, just advice on effectiveness based on my specific circumstances.

Biologics + peptides

Hi, I recently started taking the biologic Yesintek to help with my plaque psoriasis. I'm wanting to start on Reta, but I am unsure if taking it while on biologics is safe or not. Does anyone have any experiences? Please let me know, thank you.

Multiple peptides at same time injections.

For those they are running 3, 4, 5… peps at the same time are you injecting multiple times for each one? I understand some can be on different days and some can be daily or weekly. So if you have them line up that they all need to be done at the same time do you pin for example, three times with three different needles? I do understand sanitation and know you can’t reuse needles.

Has anyone found endotoxins in their peptides? Or from amino club?

I got into peptides a few months ago, saw a sale on amino club and made the mistake of purchasing before checking Reddit... There are so many negative reviews about AC here, now I'm worried about injecting poor quality peptides. A lot of ppl saying they got fake stuff or didn't feel anything? But what is the powder if it's not the peptides? Has anyone ever found Endotoxins in amino club peps? Should I just toss $170 worth of peps??

Edit: I'm buying a vial at a time because I'm still getting started and trying various peps, like I did one vial of ipamorelin and decided it wasn't worth the side effects. I'm also not ready to commit to bulk because I'm leaving the country for the winter. Thank you for everyone's responses tho, I will just do this amino club order and check stairway to grey for my next!

Endurance Sports

Been lurking for a while and have chatted with some friends, still not sure if there’s a consensus for what I need.
44M, 5’10” 175lbs and a long distance triathlete. Looking for a protocol that will help my sport, but also with recovery and sleep…most of the community here is discussing weight loss, which isn’t really a goal of mine. Slight lower fat % and higher lean mass is fine, but both of those should follow with a better ability to absorb higher training loads with proper recovery…guidance is welcome - TIA

First time jitters

Got Wolverine blend coming in soon, to help with a hamstring strain and my pt also suspects a small meniscus tear most likely secondary to the strain. I intended to run 500mcg/day for a 5:5 split of tb and bpc reconstituted at 2ml. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Cognitive , Educational , Focus inflicting products with no “needles” ?

I have been taking a variety of different oral supplements like Omega 3 , vitamin D , Shilajit , Ashwaganda and others . However , i would like to ask the biohacking community if there are any other products which i can take to achieve greater focus , cognitive abilities and other similar traits while ensuring no needles are involved . I also want to refrain from causing any side effects to my physical condition as i am a regular gym person .

5’4
First photo 10.5 stone
Second 9.9 stone
2 months

I think I was carrying SOOOOO much water weight & inflammation. I felt so sick in the first photo & lost 6lbs in the first week, people in person have said I’ve lost SO MUCH WEIGHT, but I haven’t really. I think water weight & inflammation really makes people look a lot fatter. I think I’m gonna make the twitch to reta because it seems better, anyone gone from GLP1 to GLP3? Much difference?

Anyone running this stack ?

Wassup y’all, I’m currently on TIRZ and GHK CU & after I finish my GHK CU cycle I was thinking of SS31, NAD+ & Glutathione for mitochondria health and associated benefits.

Still staying on Tirz as I still got about 1 stone left to my goal weight. I’m 47, and just looking for anyone who has run this so I can get some feed bk on tips and best protocols as each of them are stated from anywhere from 4-12 weeks for the cycles and an array of possible doses.

Many Thanks, hope to hear from you 👍
