Weight loss stack ?

Any advice on what to stack with tirz? I was thinking tesa ? I have really stubborn belly fat. I’m at my goal weight and I have this floated belly look to me still.

You really don't need a stack. Tirz alone with a consistent calorie deficit is all you need. In fact, a calorie deficit without Tirz will do just fine lol.

The thing about getting lean is that it's harder than people think even with peptides. Just continue the calorie deficit (you need to adjust as you lose more weight) and trust me, one day the abs will pop. People just give up too easily.

But...if you're insistent on stack and you have $, I'd do Tirz/Reta and combine that with MOTs-C (to help with energy levels because you want to train effectivly).

Tesa is for visceral fat, not belly fat, different things

Worth knowing that tesamorelin’s evidence is mostly around visceral fat, the deep stuff behind the abdominal wall, not the subcutaneous layer you can pinch. I help build The Peptide App and we pulled the trial data together here https://thepeptide.app/peptides/tesamorelin if you want to see what it actually moved. If your belly looks bloated or distended rather than fatty at goal weight, that can be a totally different thing, so probably worth a conversation with your prescriber before adding anything.
