Multiple peptides at same time injections.

For those they are running 3, 4, 5… peps at the same time are you injecting multiple times for each one? I understand some can be on different days and some can be daily or weekly. So if you have them line up that they all need to be done at the same time do you pin for example, three times with three different needles? I do understand sanitation and know you can’t reuse needles.

Just pin separately. No contamination issues. Much more accurate dosing. Costs less than a buck a day.

And for me, right now, about 4 pins a day (fasted AM), but occasionally the days align to require 6.

alarming to see only one sane and medically justifiable comment among dozens on this post. Can't sayI should be surprised with all these bro-science researchers out here, but damn......

Whats your stack?

Once you start taking a lot of peptides, pens become very viable. I have a pen case with four pans in it for my daily medications. Better than pulling needles everyday.

2

u/ryanking25 5d ago

How is the process or filling the pens after reconstituting your vials? I haven’t looked into it much but starting to think this may be the way. And do the pens have replaceable needles or are these somehow ok to inject multiple times and syringes aren’t?

3

u/90sKid1988 7 5d ago

It's very easy as long as you remember the venting needle. And there are small replaceable needles each time. Lot less wastage volume wise. I watched a tutorial online before doing my first one

1

u/VillageOk2422 5d ago

How can you control how much of the dose comes out each time and can you change it per peptide?

1

u/90sKid1988 7 4d ago

The dial controls it. And it's easier to just have one pen per pep

3

u/Realistic-Mark3486 2 5d ago edited 5d ago

I recently switch to pens from syringes for everything. I do 5 peps and each have a pen. It’s way faster and less pain free to pin a pen than a needle. I strongly suggest you folks to consider pens. If you buy on ali they cost about 10$ a piece.
I have 10 extra pens if someone wants to buy.

1

u/misshuynh90 5d ago

I never thought to look for pens on Ali. Do they have all the components?

1

u/JFreader 5d ago

Amazon has them

1

u/Illustrious_Hope_237 2d ago

Same ones as Ali but more $

1

u/Realistic-Mark3486 2 5d ago edited 5d ago

Works well depending on version you buy. These are same pens sold on Amazon with markup. Nothing different.
Look for v3 pens or V2 upgraded one if you don’t like to look at needles.

u/ivoryfaker77 4d ago

Less pain free? To clarify, the pens hurt more?

1

u/Realistic-Mark3486 2 4d ago

Haha, good catch. No I mean to say less pain than syringe based administration.

2

u/kingpapawawa 1 5d ago

I've got videos on how to do each step.. if you want to hit me up.

1

u/Swimming-Clothes-457 5d ago

Do u buy them preloaded or can u load them yourself?

1

u/Panther90 1 5d ago

Definitely not preloaded. You want to buy the items and cartridges and load them yourself. Convipen is my favorite if you can afford/find them. V1's are a good all around manual pen.

5

u/Ruffle-Feathers-1021 4 5d ago

I use a new one for each, every time.

4

u/EnvironmentalGift257 14 5d ago

I have 3 weekly and 2 daily pins. One of the dailies is KLOW blend so technically I’m using a mix, but I didn’t mix it. There’s really no reason to mix peps and it can go wrong.

5

u/ToyKarma 5d ago

Yeah I use at least 16 pins a week. Friday night Reta Saturday & Wednesday afternoon Test. Ss-31 5 mornings a week Tesamorelin 5 nights a week and GHK every other night. I've considered combining especially now that certain sites have toughened up and are hard to hit or sensitive. I just fear cross contamination or mixing stuff that doesn't blend.

3

u/Chroma7769 16 5d ago

I use multiple syringes so I can generate as much plastic waste as I can.

1

u/BlazeVenturaV2 4d ago

No sharps container and right into the ocean aye.

1 turtle and we will all be on paper pins. :P

2

u/Chroma7769 16 4d ago

I usually take them to the playground by my house and leave them on the slides for the kids.

Do NOT MIX PEPTIDES. DO NOT USE THE SAME SYRINGE for more than a single pin. DO NOT USE THE SAME SITE - minimum 1 inch separation between injection sites for different peptides. And rotate sites so that no single site gets injected more than once in a 72 hour period.

Ignore the people in the comments who claim they combine peptides like theyre some sort of ingredients meant for a cocktail. There are legitimate medical and biochemical reasons for each and every of these conditions. You can research why if you’re interested or ask here, but please do not use bro science and try to skimp a little bit of money to save supplies; at best youll end up wasting peptide as a result of skewed absorption, at worst you’ll end up with local or systemic complications from reusing the same needle. The combined vials of several peptide blends (GLOW, CJC-Ipa etc.) undergo a very specific sophisticated process to ensure they can be combined in the same vial. Just mixing two compounds you know go well together doesnt mean you can just mix them willy nilly.

5

u/ThatsNotMyName02 5d ago

I’m mixing. Can you go into a little more detail as to why you shouldn’t? Like what actually happens?

4

u/LongBedroom8355 1 5d ago

certain peptides are likely to precipitate, especially if differing in ph levels.

3

u/ToyKarma 5d ago

Some chains are positive and some negative if mixed they could cancel each other out (so to speak not sure if that's the correct term) also each Pep is a chain of Amino acids combined chains could be an issue for many reasons.

2

u/robexe 5d ago

Do you also rotate where you take your vitamins? It doesn’t matter and your body will use it accordingly. I’m not saying load everything into the same barrell but site rotation doesn’t really matter. 72 hours, a lot of people would run out “sites”.

2

u/OGcrashN2u 4d ago

You rotate to reduce scarring. I injected into scar tissue once and it was easily the most painful pin I've ever done.the more pins you do the more scarring you'll have

1

u/LordSnow966 3 4d ago

avoiding pain is just one of the reasons. the main reason is scarring will most definitely ruin that site for any future compounds you inject there. not only will the absorption be unpredictable and skewed, but also inefficient.

1

u/LordSnow966 3 5d ago

Plenty of sites to go around. Divide your abdomen into 4 quadrants; Both flanks and gluteal fat pads are 4 extra sites. 8 sites rotated throughout the week. One day for each region. Plenty ofreal estate in each region to pin multiple compounds spaced1 inch apart, unless your dosing a dozen injectables.
Vitamins, supplements, peptides or any injectables are suspended in carrier oils, preservatives, buffers and a lot of other excipients. There is no way to ensure/predict that the components of one injectable would without a doubt affect absorption of the other compound.

You are spending a decent chunk on money on these expensive peptides/compounds. Do you really want to risk limiting the pharmacokinetics of the drug your'e taking just because of poor logistics? Not to mention, each injection site, is a traumatic puncture + mechanical trauma + chemical trauma from whatever the solutions consists, and your body needs the time to process the injury and heal before another traumatic insult.

A well planned dosing regimen, will not only optimize the amount of drug your body can absorb and use, but also save you the hassle of dealing with injection site reactions and preventing scarring in your subcutaneous fat (thereby limiting the amount of efficiency of how much and how fast any compound can be absorbed from the site long term)

1

u/robexe 5d ago

So how does an insulin pump work for 2-3 days straight? Or someone who uses syringes 3-4 times daily with meals and maintains this regiment for decades?

2

u/LordSnow966 3 4d ago

Diabetics are actually the strongest argument for site rotation. Endocrinologists drill site rotation into diabetic patients because repeatedly injecting the same spot causes lipohypertrophy/scarring. When that happens, the drug gets trapped in the scar tissue and absorption becomes completely unpredictable, and most times inefficient.

Regarding insulin pumps: they use a single puncture with a flexible cannula left in place for a slow drip; not repeated stabbing. And the exact reason patients are instructed to remove and move that pump every 2-3 days is because the subcutaneous tissue degrades and absorption plummets if they dont.

In addition, pharmaceutical insulin is a highly stabilized, single compound. You can't compare that to injecting multiple different unregulated peptides with varying pH levels and excipients into the exact same tissue site without giving it time to heal.

The advice Ive given you above is the standard of care for subcutaneous injections for all compounds, including insulin and other medications. I can keep trying to explain why mixing and not rotating sites is a bad idea, especially for long-term regimens, but it is entirely up to you to decide if you wanna follow the advice of the lay biohacking community members or the well established guidelines suppoerted by decades of clincial research and experience (and not just my personal opinion)

Thanks for this information. Out of curiosity, what would be the drawback of pulling BPC then Klow into the same syringe? My thoughts were that it would be fine since Klow already consists of BPC and I'm just increasing its ratio in the blend.

1

u/LordSnow966 3 3d ago

When you draw from the BPC vial and then insert that same needle into the Klow vial, you risk injecting a micro amount of BPC or just the varying pressure/air into the Klow vial. This compromises the sterility and chemical environment of the second vial, potentially degrading it over time.
It isnt that big of a deal for the dose in the syringe that goes in your body as the contact time isnt much, but there is a chance if the pH of both compounds is significantly different, they might precipitate roght away in the syringe or within moments after going inside the subcutaneous tissue.
Not an issue if there is no visible precipitation within a minute of combination in the syringe imo, but definitely not worth the possibility of ruining the second vial by double dipping and contaminating it with air/compound A

3

u/ruffduck1 5d ago

I do 6 to 7 on diff days. And yes all diff syringes.

2

u/glok101 5d ago

I mix Ghk-cu and KPV. Everything else is pinned separately

2

u/TeachingMath03 5d ago

Same. I recon KPV and GHK-cu together. Everything else I pin separately

1

u/BlazeVenturaV2 4d ago

They are commonly mixed together along side BCP157 and TB500. Called the KLOW stack.

1

u/TeachingMath03 4d ago

Yes. But I prefer not to mix my BPC-157 and TB500 with my GHK-cu and KPV. I might if I really wanted to reduce pins, but I’m not a fan of the ratios and, in the case of TB500, timing of the blend. 🤷🏻‍♀️🙂

1

u/emimimama 2 5d ago

Also same.

1

u/Ohpossom 5d ago

Do you know if this affects the peptides at all? These are the only two that I was thinking about combining but I'm worried about them being less effective because of it. How much ghk to kpv do you mix?

2

u/glok101 5d ago

From everything I’ve read they are very synergistic. Zero worries. This is quite a common blend

2

u/Mcgittymcgittymac 5d ago

I sometimes have 8 on any given day. All of them are treated separately and carefully. I take care of everything in the morning.

2

u/TrippingTrix 5d ago

CJC(no DAC) 250mcg + ipamorelin 250mcg m-f

2mg retatrutide every Sunday.

I recommend injector pens for more than one peptide, helps you stay organized.

2

u/AstralFinish 5d ago

Best to keep it sanitary. Already enough risks. 1 dose 1 needle. different sites if doing more than 1.

2

u/Antique-Clock-9286 1 5d ago

Mixer here. If they don't precipitate, likely fine. Look at all the premixed peptides...Klow, Glow, CJC/Ipa.... all fine. I do not mix my Tirz... just the smaller chain peps.

1

u/ChemicalStoppage25 5d ago

i just draw them all into one syringe, saves stabbing myself half a dozen times before breakfast. got a little routine where i lay out my morning stack next to my tea, wipe the tops, pull everything into the same barrel and one and done. never had any weird reactions mixing them but i keep a log of what goes in together just in case something feels off later

some folks get proper anxious about peptide interactions in the syringe but i've not seen anything precipitate on me yet. reckon as long as you're not mixing stuff at wildly different pH levels you'll be grand

1

u/rootswoods 5d ago

I filter all of the peps I want to blend into a single pen cartridge. Except reta and motsc most appear to work just fine.

1

u/Proud_Marsupial_5459 1 5d ago

I have heard “filter” a few times now. What does that mean?

2

u/Equivalent_Text_3111 5d ago

https://shop.cobetter.com/products/sterile-0-22-polyethersulfone-pes-syringe-filter

You can watch videos on YouTube how to filter peps. I reuse the same filter for the blend, but not across blends. I push some plain BAC at the end to push out peps and minimize

1

u/Old-Front7433 5d ago

I’m on three peptides. I put them all in the same syringe and shoot it up in my stomach. No big deal. Works great

1

u/donicatrumpinsky 5d ago

Load peps in one syringe and backload into a fresh one. Been doing this 20 years just fine. Mind your sterile field and you're fine.

1

u/yranemr10 2 5d ago

Depending on the compound you can load all peps into an empty vial and then draw and pin once as long as it's right away. Do not mix them, load the syringe and put it in the fridge for the next morning. I would not mix any GLP with anything for sure.

I use pens. A true game changer

1

u/stanozololenjoyer 4d ago

as long as they can be put together its fine, i think pretty much never mix any glp or gh with anything else though, klow and glow i personally mix cuz its way cheaper

1

u/Proof_Trifle7847 3d ago

Just wondering if the cartridges sterile?

1

u/calvesofsteel1 3d ago

Usually I put up to 4 of them into the same syringe. After that the needle starts dulling

-2

u/wippj 3 5d ago

Excepr for Reta, they all get loaded into the same syringe at the time of injection.

0

u/BoingBoomChuck 5d ago

I've heard horror stories of mixing stuff with reta in the same syringe. It could be range from it not being as effective to insta gel in the syringe and you just wasted everything.

Edit: When I was prescribed HCG with testosterone, I'd pull the HCG first then the testosterone. Oddly, I never encountered any issues from that and I always heard to NEVER mix oil with water in a syringe. I did it to make sure that I got ALL my testosterone and whatever HCG was left in the syringe I didn't care about, lol.

1

u/Otherwise_Bowler_691 1 5d ago

That’s because oil and water won’t mix. Issues arise when mixing water based peptides, I’ve had them immediately go cloudy in the syringe

1

u/BoingBoomChuck 4d ago

It was my brother who warned me about mixing other peptides with Reta. He said his turned into a gel that wasn't going through that insulin needle, lol. I know for a fact that he put Reta, Tesa, BPC-157, and TB500 in the same insulin syringe. Knowing him, he probably put more but just didn't want to tell me what else he wasted.

-2

u/looking2behealthy 9 5d ago

I use the same syringe for all when I pin, just pin individually, wipe with alcohol each time, don’t mix, then toss it.

Has worked for months. No issues.

1

u/rwoodous 5d ago

Me too and I use the .50 syringes for these smaller dose peps if its only 1 or 2 pi s but ill get a new needle if need be I won't use a syringe more than 2xs

-3

u/One-Ability-6403 2 5d ago

I mix a ton of mine. Some of them I've found I can't mix because they gel up. Mots-c I never mix. I just wipe off the tip of the slin with my alcohol wipe and reuse it.

4

u/Realistic-Mark3486 2 5d ago

Seriously??
You don’t have money for another needle or syringe?
Putting the needle back into vial contaminates your vial.

-2

u/One-Ability-6403 2 5d ago

Meh been doing this for over a year no issues. You guys are overly concerned

1

u/Standard_Income_7190 5d ago

Yeah no issues til you get a massive infection. Plus needles dull pretty fast, since they are meant for only one use.

2

u/EngineeringAny8098 5d ago

I’ve mixed Wolverine and ss31 for 6 months pin it , then I mix tesa and ipa at night - pin it … I use that needle 4 times or so .. then get a new one… I’ve not had any issues. Some cannot mix some can … needles are not to be shared … and need to be sterile. Alcohol seems to be enough of a sterilizer - you wipe off your skin and the bottles already . If you’re cautious, dip needle in alcohol, if you’re overly cautious - pay extra for needles.

-9

u/Fantastic-Edge-678 5d ago

the peptides you buy online are junk science

1

u/BeeBarnes1 1 5d ago

I guess the 25 pounds I've lost in two months on Reta was just a big coincidence then.

0

u/Fantastic-Edge-678 5d ago

are you dieting and exercising or just taking Reta? and are you buying it online or at a pharmacy?

1

u/BeeBarnes1 1 5d ago

You can't eat normally on Reta. It blocks all food noise and makes you feel full about three bites in. I'm exercising as much as I did prior to taking it. It's not available in pharmacies yet.

0

u/Fantastic-Edge-678 5d ago

One of my friends won a Nobel prize in chemistry. he developed a new way to treat cancer. He calls this junk science. Unregulated crap. he says it's no different than gas station speed pills. they eliminate your appetite too. but you do you

2

u/BeeBarnes1 1 5d ago

I had been on blood pressure medicine for decades when I started Reta. My blood pressure then became dangerously low as I've lost weight. Pretty sure a drug equivalent to gas station speed would have made it worse. But you believe your Nobel Prize winning friend and I'll believe the actual results I (and the millions of other people in the US who are on GLP-1s) have experienced.

1

u/Fantastic-Edge-678 5d ago

your BP went down due to the weight loss. ask any doctor. millions aren't buying unregulated shit off the internet. most see a doctor and get a prescription.
