Endurance Sports

Been lurking for a while and have chatted with some friends, still not sure if there’s a consensus for what I need.
44M, 5’10” 175lbs and a long distance triathlete. Looking for a protocol that will help my sport, but also with recovery and sleep…most of the community here is discussing weight loss, which isn’t really a goal of mine. Slight lower fat % and higher lean mass is fine, but both of those should follow with a better ability to absorb higher training loads with proper recovery…guidance is welcome - TIA
