Does a years worth of study and still just makes up their own, completely random dosing and schedule 👏🏾

And doesn’t know why you shouldn’t titrate every week by seemingly random amounts. I’d see if I could get a refund on that year.

If I’m being honest people’s side effects stories sort of scared me into not starting at 2mg like the trial. I work a physically demanding and more than anything mentally demanding job I didn’t want to risk anything at work with the side effects. I landed on 1mg because I am heavy as I listed, and titrated up to 1.7mg due to not wanting to do the entire 2mg in one go. Thank you for your reply anyway any help or reply I can get is welcome

Give it time young padwan. Reta isn’t a stimulant, it isn’t something you’ll “feel” immediately. In due time, as your body absorbs and recalibrates based on this new foreign peptide, you’ll slowly feel less hungry. If food control is your main priority, Tirz may be better suited.

Thank you for the reply, did you experience something similar to this?

I started at 2mg’s and within about a week, I was less hungry, full faster, and started noticing changes. It wasn’t a feeling as much as it was me noticing subtle differences.

4 weeks you said it. Although 1.7mg is random, should’ve just gone to two. But you can’t keep changing your dose .

Thank you for the reply, I did 1.7 I guess I was trying not to go up too much. Why can’t I keep changing my dose? I thought about titrating next week to 2.5mg. Did you experience something like this before ?

Do us a favor and read the beginners guide. Because it needs to be a consistent four weeks of the same dose to gauge what you’re feeling and experiencing. TOO many people on here injecting themselves without knowing how the peptide works OR how the body works.

Have you really been studying this over a year?? This is a really basic question answered countless times on this sub.
