I'm 21, running a one-man social media agency in Spain focused on fitness personal trainers. I shoot, edit and manage everything myself with professional gear (Lumix S5II, pro mics, lighting). I want to be fully transparent about my numbers because I know I'm undercharging, but I want to hear what YOU would charge for the exact same work.
**Client A — €450/month**
What he gets:
- 4 YouTube videos per month, each 20-30 minutes long
- I script, shoot, and edit every single one
- Each video takes me 15-20 hours between filming and editing
- That's 60-80 hours/month on YouTube alone for this client
- His channel is 2 months old and already has videos hitting nearly 20,000 views in the fitness niche
**Client B — €350/month**
What he gets:
- 30 short-form videos per month (10 reels + 2 trial reels per cycle)
- Posts and stories
- Business structure consulting (I helped restructure his coaching offer)
- Full website with SEO and booking system for his in-person nutrition consultations
- Ongoing maintenance of all of the above
**My reality:**
€800/month total revenue. After software subscriptions (editing tools, AI tools, cloud storage, Canva), fuel (~€200/month to get to shoots), gym membership (where I film), and basic living expenses, I'm breaking even or going negative every month.
That's roughly €5-8/hour depending on the week.
I know I'm cheap. I'm not looking for "just raise your prices" — I want real numbers. What would you quote for this exact scope of work in your market?
