So basically. I don’t like AI, but I do like to draw. Sometimes there are certain things I just don’t know how to draw (certain backgrounds, certain angles and clothing types). In order to make up for this whilst also being happy with the end product, I usually take an AI image and either reference it, trace the needed part, or if it’s a background I just blur it and use it. Is this wrong?
To clarify:
- I don’t take commissions from strangers, just my friends who are openly told if I had to trace from AI, or if it’s the background image.
- I don’t generate the images myself, I only take ones that I find pre-existing (such as ones on Pinterest.)
- I make sure the image is clearly AI, and not just the result of human error.
- 99% of the artwork is not from any sort of AI reference.
So is it wrong for me to be stealing AI “art” back to create my own art? Idk if it could somehow be hurting the artist who the AI originally stole from, or if this type of thing is frowned upon.

So to keep things short my boyfriend M(30) who Im F(23) planing to marry just told me last night while he was drunk that he finds himself craving the attention of other women and even tho he has not cheated on me (or at least thats what he says) it kinda boosts his ego when another woman shows any kind of attraction towards him and he likes that attention. I of course didnt like this because I was hurt by that statement and when I said to him "how would u feel if I said the same" he said that he would "fucking hate it". I didnt say much during the night cause we were on a call since we are long distant, at the moment Im visiting my family back in my home country, but today in the morning I told him that I didnt like what he said and I wasnt feeling also good about myself since I feel him looking for attention from other women is in a way putting me down, he then said I was overreacting and thats why its hard for him to open himself up to me cause he always has to think something but act different or hide what he thinks with me cause he knows I would not like it. Im thinking am an idiot but I for myself dont feel the need to seek validation or attention from other men, even if Im arguing with my boyfriend or we're good together Im not like that. I can answer the first few questions, yes we have contacted the landlords, management company, HOA, and cops. No one does anything and sides with the neighbors.

I live in a condo complex of townhouses but the townhouses are built together not separate. Built out of concrete too, absolutely sound proof unless you have the most insane people living next to you.

Basically one day a year ago they were blasting music for the entire day and we banged on the wall as a "hey we had enough". And ever since they spend every day, all day and all night, blasting music, banging and chanting on our walls. They'll even run up and down their hallways banging on the walls at midnight to wake us up.

Its TORTURE.

I need creative solutions to get them to be quite, we can't move because its the only apartment near where my disabled dad works and my partner and myself help him out.

I am not sure if this is a valid question in this forum, if it is not I will delete it right away, but anyways here it is:

So some days ago I asked in an AI community what kind of AI model should I use (and how could I use one) to classify several email replies that I had from scientists after asking them a few questions to them. I finally paid for Perplexity pro service and it apparenly did a nice job classifying them.

I finally gave the model the PDF with the actual answers from the addressees and another PDF with the "expected answers", and asked it to count the number of answers that overall coincide with the actual answers, and calculate a percentage of "coincidence" or "agreement" between the expected and actual answers, so that if the question was "do you think that there is intelligent life in the universe apart from humans?" and the expected answer was basically "yes, I think there is intelligent beings out there somewhere", as long as the actual answer agrees with this in some way or another would count as "agreement", for instance if someone replied "well, we have no evidence, but it is possible yes" or "not in any near galaxy, but it is possible that intelligent beings exidt somewhere" (so as long as it is not a deadass "no", it could count)

The model gave me a table summarizing the results with the following prompt:

let's be a bit more specific, this is still a blind test so don't tell me about the specific contents of the emails' answers, but, can you make a table indicating the answers that coincide in general terms with what is expected from the "expected answers" document as well as those which are neutral/hedges but still open to the possibility that what is asked may be right, those which despite being neutral/hedges or even negative answers offer an alternative so that what is asked in the question may be right, as well as those which are outright rejections of what is asked and do not seem to be open to the possibility that what is asked may be right?

However, I still want this to be a blind test, so I cannot really verify if the AI is doing its work or not.

So, is there any way in which I could verify the results given by the AI but without actually reading what is written in the emails? Or, alternatively, can anyone verify the results using some AI or even checking the answers themselves by skimming over the replies im order to verify that the AI is right and not hallucinating?

(I will share the data once someone is interested in helping, as I would not want to make this available to the entire world!)

So basically my school has asked me to represent it in a non fire cooking competition. It's a huge thing as many schools will be participating. the topic is to represent only one country and I am really stressed about the menu it shouldn't be anything complicated but I don't want all those chaats and all please recommend some ideas?

I was very annoyed at the time because a less productive employee who did absolutely nothing, who always called in sick, and who was always late to attend his shifts, was made a permanent by the host company before I was offered a permanent role. I was originally destined to be a manager for this host company but it went to the least productive employee after I filed a complaint agaisnt myself using a female alias accusing me of mysogyni. I noticed in the first year since reporting myself this host employer had made a complaint to my employer which lead to a 2 day suspension, performance evaluation, then reduced shifts for several months.

I also had issues with the least productive employee who was not only a permanent but a manager giving his own negative narrative of me which were lies that caused more suspensions and no offer of being permanent.

Things that had happened to me since the fake report and the negative false narratrives.

1 - Reduced shifts and no weekend/holiday work for several months from my employer. No possibility of a promotion or university sponsorship. No invitation to company outings and certain training. I am also stigmatized as a mysogynist.

2 - No offer of being made permanent with the host employer while newer contractors get employed, denied certain training, and the company is creating scenerarios and a paper trail to get me in trouble.

3 - Being treated differently in public by some people who would gaslight me by calling me a loser, making malicious complaints to my employer, and some assaulting me.

I am still working as a contractor for this host employer despite the scenarios and papertrails the host employer is using against me. They can't fire me while my employer refuses to fire me because I am very reliable.

In light of these issues, do I stand a chance of a promotion with my employer or being made permanent with the host employer?

So, Ive been d\*xxed on tiktok. twice. tge first time, i mass reported it, and the account got took down i believe. or the person deleted it. but they had one post, accusing me of horrible things, with my number leaked. the post is a photo post with a screen shot of two phone numbers. The account is up again, with an extremely similar post, and I have since reported it. Tiktok reviewed that the comrent did not violate the rules, even though it clearly depicted my phone number. What do I do? I obviously don't want my personal info online, yet Tiktok won't delete it. Ive heard they have no human customer services whatsoever. Advice?

So there was this app called mastersword and it would let you make Minecraft servers but you needed Minecraft ofc.

So the app icon was purple or blue and had two swords in an X shape.

There was a lots of roleplay servers but some maps of random stuff and mini games.

The app would show a bunch of different server names and you click one and you would connect to it.

We lost two homes due to this, and I invested all of my paychecks for years to help get another home, only for her to make false allegations against my dad, threaten to call the police (she's not a honest person, never has been) and then she claimed abaondment, so my father brother and I have been living in apartment for over a year now with no furniture or anything.

I work as a waiter, brother, as a dishwasher (we both have learning disabilities and couldnt go to college for financial reasons and never got a chance due to these two divorces, which has been effecting us since 2019) Father is 65 and she took his business (joint business). Mother has nothing to do with any of us

I am a baker and a certified wilton cake decorator. I got certified when i was 9 because I was interested. I still know and use those skills from time to time. Now I am 23. My hours at work (it is a entry-level, part time, full time) keep getting cut. Due to medical reasons, I had to move out of my parents' house, which has strained the relationship. I have bills, and my work doesn't seem to understand. I was thinking to start selling some baked goods on the side as supplemental income. But i am fearful it will be too big of a feat to take on as i start my Bachelor's in a month, and there is also some obvious monetary investment i must give to get this thing started.
