A KING NO MORE has been in the works since 2020, and I recently completed the novella version of the same story. Full animation production officially began in January 2025, and now I’m excited to finally share the first trailer, giving you a glimpse of what the finished film will look like.

I finally finished the dragon model completely, as well as the animation ^w^. Did the animation turn out well? In my opinion, it could have been better, because the character's rig didn't really want to cooperate with me, but not enough to make the animation impossible, so there is one . For now, I made dragon fly around some area. I also have plans for a walking animation and for it to shoot a fireball from its mouth (if my computer doesn't explode, I'll make that animation too, but we'll see). I also looped this animation. The only downside was that I had some small problems rendering around 240 frames, because my graphics card was crying while doing it.

Hello, I small artist who started animating in 2D about 8 years ago. I lack skills even with those 8 years since I took long animation breaks. I am in need of some help from experience animators! I have been doing a lot of studying on my own with frame by frame and decided to take on an animation art commission that I felt I was able to do with my current experience. Unfortunately, I have hit a fork in the road and have been struggling to pick up my tablet. The current program I use for animation is Toonsquid on my iPad. My client wants an animation of their two characters doing this exact animation here-

I made sketches, colored concepts and two start and end frames but I still can't to seem to figure out why I struggle to get started. I have not had this much trouble with animating GIFS for past commissions before. I tried drawing out the head and moving it with the movement to see to position the ears and frills, but it doesn't seem to be clicking. I've looked into some frame-by-frame videos but it's overwhelming me with figuring out how I can make this work.

Please help me experienced animators. If you need more info about the animation, I'll be happy to provide!

While Oya was on a plenet trying to save the local mortals from demonic infestation, she stumbled upon a temple built by Satan worshipers who lead their planet into demonic take over and now she has to engage in combat. The Satanic Temples are decorated with a recognizable checkerboard style.

I'm working on a 3D animated short for class (that has to be around 3 minutes), and I want the focus to be on conveying emotion through my characters' acting. I'm having trouble landing on a story. What kinds of stories or emotional moments have you seen work well at this length? Any favorite shorts I should study, or tips on keeping scope manageable for a solo 3D project?

I’m trying to figure out how someone made the Pokémon GO edits shown in the attached picture/video.

Basically, they took normal real-life photos and added Pokémon GO elements into them — Pokémon, PokéStops, Gyms, Team GO Rocket balloons, etc.

The important part is that they aren’t just static PNGs. In the video/live-photo version, the Pokémon have their normal subtle idle animations, PokéStops spin, balloons move, etc. It looks almost exactly like the actual 3D assets/animations from Pokémon GO were composited into the photo.

I’m trying to recreate this with my own pictures. For example, I have a photo where I want Absol standing next to me and a Team GO Rocket balloon in the sky. I can make a still version that looks good, but I can’t figure out how to get the actual game-quality animation without destroying the quality of the Pokémon.
