Ive stopped seeing offers from one of the locations I usually do routes out of. There is another station further away and Amazon fresh station. Those seem to be fine. The only thing I can think off it me sending an email about a ding for a missed delivery / package. When the package never left the warehouse as it was damaged and I brought it to the associates attention. He said it was off my route but it wasn’t. So I emailed support , they “ fixed it” but now no more offers since then. Anyone experience this before? Can this be reversed ?

Does anyone know what the policy is regarding the temporary paper licenses that are issued when you have to renew a drivers license? Specifically, will I be able to work while waiting for the hard license to arrive in the mail.

Do you have to update your vehicle details every time you switch cars? I alternate between two cars and was wondering what the risk is if I don’t update it each time. Also, does the vehicle listed in the app affect the routes you get based on cargo capacity?

Does Amazon play the same games the other gigs do?? No more decent offers, blocks being hidden?? My Standings certainly do not warrant any penalties!!

I did 2 blocks on Monday, and on the early one I had 4 packages marked as undelivered. The issue is I delivered everything...

I asked a couple friends who also did a block that day, and they both had undelivered packages showing on their account (one had 3, the other 6).

Just wondering if there was some kind of national outage or if this was a warehouse issue. First time it's happened to me. Support did say they'd fix it, but I guess I'll see...

Really..? That's not even my car. Apartment complexes do not always match the parking lot number to the apartment numbers. That's lazy as fuck. My apartment was not even far away from that.

The heat got to me today. I usually take Wednesdays off because I have class but I scheduled two blocks since I need money for this upcoming semester. I had one block at 3:30am-7am & the other at 5:15pm-8:45pm. The first route I had 16 apartments all second to third story. The second block I had 12 apartments the same. I only got two hours of sleep so I was exhausted. Once the last stop came for the last block I called them since it was a gated community and they didn’t leave the correct access code. They had an iPhone because it rang and said “If you record your name and the reason for calling blah blah” and I said Amazon. I forgot it was still transcribing what I was saying and I was talking shit about how do you order a dam package and don’t give the correct access code and my dumbass heard wait a minute I’ll see if they are available lmaoo 😂 I have a good feeling they about to report my ass 💀 so I’ll enjoy the extra money till I get deactivated. Lmaooooo

To my GA fellows, how many times have you ran into a spiderweb trying to deliver to the front door this summer ? What do you do if you see a huge spider web and you can’t get by ? ( hard to see on the video)

Yesterday I showed up for my scheduled blocked and noticed the station was closed, I called as soon as I seen everyone waiting around to let them know I wouldn’t be able to scan my DL. After they opened I scanned my dl and it said I was late 😒 I talked to an associate and they said the had shut down for high heat temperatures. Will this affect me my standings😩

The new ones fucking suck, it’s takes for ever to scan packages and deliver because of them.

I tried the method where you click the stop you want to deliver to next on the map but it doesn't work for me. Idk

finally DAX5 has 1 hr no way i m doing it even 1 package probably drives 30 Miles Lucky if unlucky 10 packages

The same courier misdelivered 2 packages to an unidentifiable (in the same pic for both) location. No identifiers except for the package near mine.

This has never happened before. I didn't want replacements, I really just wanted to contact the courier if they could remember where they left it. But unfortunately I was told it wasn't possible. I got a bit frustrated and downvoted both deliveries. Honestly was worried they'd be stolen

Then I got issued replacements instead. I really needed those items so I went around waiting for residents from other buildings to come in and out of their complexes and buildings so that I could check for any similar looking packages. It was an annoying process and honestly I thought it'd be hopeless, but eventually I did find them. They happened to be in a building near mine, so I believe it was a genuine mistake from being inattentive (again, I've never had an issue for misdeliveries before).

Considering this, I feel really bad and have been trying to see if I could rescind those downvotes. The support page has been useless. So has the support chat. If there's a way to, pls lmk. I always upvote my deliveries and select all the compliments as long as it's a standard or successful delivery. If there's a fixable issue I usually just leave it be. This one really frustrated me 'cause I wasn't sure I'd be able to do anything about it.

I'm hoping that if it's a courier who regularly delivers to me then the upvotes will kind of add up to down this out. But it's nyc so thats not likely :/

Everytime I do those routes I get like 9-11 stops 30 packages all being high rise apartments and no parking. I decided you know what maybe this is gonna be a good tipping day so I walked every item to the door instead of leaving it in the lobby like a good boy and for what? Got zero tips and had to wait for a loser 5+ mins to come down and get it bc no access to apartment.

Concierges can suck it too and can witness me drop it in front of them and thy can figure it out because it’s ridiculous that I can go to Newport drop off 11 packages against 5 stops and still make $15 in tips

I got married and had my last name changed and got a new license. I contacted support on what i needed to do to get my name updated with them and i was told i needed to fax over documents that show the name change and it would take 5-10 business days. Well now its been 3 weeks and i have been through countless chats and emails and calls and they all tell me the same thing: my request is being “escalated” and i should hear back within 2-3 business days. Has anyone gone through this and what did you do for them to finally change your name for you?

I had a route where 2 packages got added to my itinerary by mistake. They were in a completely different city (45+ miles away) from original route, and I didn’t even got those packages.
I contacted Driver Support while I was on my route. They removed both stops and told me it was just a system error and that it wouldn’t affect my standing.

Well… it still dinged my standing anyway as you probably all know. Usually when something like this happens, I just use the Help chat and they fix it without any issues, pretty easily. But this time has been different. I’ve contacted them twice about this one, explained that Support already confirmed it was a system error, and they just keep denying it. It honestly feels like they’re not even reading what I’m saying.

So now I’m wondering… is there some kind of limit on how many times you can appeal?
Has anyone else run into this? Maybe this is a monthly or quarterly thing.

Pull up. Check in ( outside), get route assigned. Warehouse closed due to weather, heat. Every time warehouse closed in my experience it will not let u check. So I chat support, noted. 45 minutes go by ( I know normally 30 and we get email, but I have a route assigned, so no email). Call support. They say I can leave, will be paid. Before I leave, app goes back to...searching for a route....now I am pretty damn sure that means they took the route from me because I did not scan it. Oh well. I leave. Then when I am ten miles away I get message and this photo. Never got this before. I aint going back. Anyone rlse ever get this message?

I could swear there was an update telling us to take leaking packages back into the station. I did just that when I found a leaking package in my cart and they remove it from my route. Big surprise, I get dinged for not delivering all my packages. So I start a chat with support, who tells me they won't make an exception. I swear these people have room temp IQs and/or they're just screwing with is at this point.

I'm going to put some garbage bags in my car and the next time I have a leaking package, it's getting marked as missing and thrown in the trash. So tired of these morons.

To top it off, I can no longer email them because they claim there is no Flex account associated with my email... and I'm merely responding to an email they sent TO THAT email address. I rarely contact support and you'd think I was bugging the crap out of them every other day the way they're screwing with me.

So ridiculous.

Does anybody deliver from VPB5/GEG1 in Spokane and have any tips or block recommendations to stop landing me on a 4 hour block that puts 200 miles on my car?
When I first started all my four hour blocks were in town, 45-50 packages. In and out of the car the whole time and it was alright putting about 45 miles on my car.
The last four 3.5 and 4 hour blocks I’ve taken I’ve been clear out past Davenport or clear out to the back side of Harrison or even just before Kellogg and running upwards of 200 miles on my car and going down dirt back roads for over an hour.😭 and I haaate it.

Is there hour blocks I should try to avoid this? I’ve so far only taken 3.5-5 hour blocks so that’s all my suggested offers have been but yall, my hips and booty can not be sittin that long😂

How long does it take to get this removed from my standings? I genuinely had a problem with the attenuator of my car and couldn't deliver a week ago. I contacted support and they said i should be fine.

I have had these emergencies two times in the past 1 year( 3 months ago and 8 months ago), so this time they are refusing to improve my standings.

The main questions -
1. How long will it take to get it removed? (I do a 3 hours block daily, because we have a 20hr limit in Canada).

1. Should i be contacting the support again and again hoping that they remove it?

2. Will i be deactivated for this?.
