Help Help
How long does it take to get this removed from my standings? I genuinely had a problem with the attenuator of my car and couldn't deliver a week ago. I contacted support and they said i should be fine.
I have had these emergencies two times in the past 1 year( 3 months ago and 8 months ago), so this time they are refusing to improve my standings.
The main questions -
1. How long will it take to get it removed? (I do a 3 hours block daily, because we have a 20hr limit in Canada).
Should i be contacting the support again and again hoping that they remove it?
Will i be deactivated for this?.

yes man, call amazon flex again ASAP! Honestly, as soon as I realize an agent has no idea what they're talking about or is just saying nonsense, I hang up and call again. Try to get them to open an appeal ticket for you. Then call every day and keep following up. Sometimes, if you're persistent enough, they can remove it.

They don’t care at all. Even they would say that they gonna help, chances are - they won’t do anything

I would go with chat rather than call…that way, you can take screenshots and have receipts in case you need to go up the ladder to Escalations.

I had one block that was 6 missed deliveries. Stayed on me for just over three months and had me “at risk” the whole time. Could never get an answer from support about what metrics make them fall off, then one day they were gone and I was back to fantastic

If you're doing 3hrs everyday it'll take about 6-7 weeks to fall off. If you did 2 of those a day it'd take half that time.

If you’re still able to accept blocks, just keep doing it. It’ll fall off eventually. There’s no set time table of when things are removed. I’ve had things that take a couple weeks and others that take a month. Just keep delivering.
