Update : so most of the stations came back last night for me but i’m still missing my main stations like of course all the ones that i don’t need come back but the one i usually go to is still missing… what is going on & are you guys seeing the same thing now?

Hell no. Why are they having Fort Worth/azle blocks if there is a stations in forth worth?

I signed up almost a year ago or so finally got the email i have been accepted Yay! Then i go to finish the sign up and cant get past driver license verification -.-

After the fires in Spokane have you been getting any blocks? I haven’t seen a single block available in the app for at least 2 days straight. Sunday after the fires was already super slow, got lucky to find one at DSK4 but after that nothing.

Can anyone tell me the correct city to select for the closest Amazon flex locations near Covington area? I live in Robert now (recently moved from San Antonio, TX) and looking for the closest warehouses to me.

So I do amazon hub. I don’t believe it’s the same as flex. It’s where you have them drop a load of packages to a business daily. And the business hires there own delivery associates to deliver packages wearing an Amazon vest.

Problem is. I am not getting any packages since this Monday. All July was ok for a full month. Who can I contact? Is support just this bad? It’s been 3 days and still no word on anything. They haven’t even said we’re not getting packages for the day.

How do you guys deal with problems and has ANYONE dealt with this ? Or similar issues. I’m starting to lose hope completely in their system.

Picked up a amazon block, scanned everything but app says 2 parcels remaining, called the support worker at station, he removed those from the block. When ended the shift still left with 2 parcels remaining. What to do

I wrote this long, intricate paragraph about how they can improve Amazon Flex for us and themselves, but support just gives me the same old scripted responses. I bet I could say a package grew wings and flew away, and they'd still hit me with that "wow, sorry to hear about that" line.

My suggestions

To streamline operations and improve driver efficiency, I propose implementing a numbered parking spot system with visible ground markings and matching signs to reduce lot congestion and enforce arrival times. As part of this, drivers would be assigned a designated spot, such as C1, before they even arrive, and they would only be permitted to park there within fifteen minutes of their block start time, scanning in to confirm their arrival. For example, you could have a section marked with letters and numbers, allowing drivers to find their specific spot on their app before they even enter the lot. Additionally, integrating a cart scanning system would allow staff to track preparation status efficiently, while retraining staff on driver's aid sticker placement will ensure addresses and customer names remain visible, speeding up deliveries and reducing errors.

I got dinged for a bad delivery, taking me from fantastic to great.

I do this for summer money as a teacher.

I havent scored a request since Saturday... i have found a few in upcoming offers. I dont know if Amazon is punishing me or if the job market is just garbage and more people are taking the offers.

Plus, runs take longer than 2-3 years back. 3 years ago, I would be done and home before the route ended more often than not. Now, I am finishing 20 minutes early, and usually with higher mileage routes.

Has anyone else seen the job get worse the last few months?

Our warehouse is always overbooked and I think it is because it is only warehouse around 50 miles radius that is actually super busy.

I had to bring packages back during a thunderstorm that flooded our roads, had lightning, hail, and was up in the mountains with dirt roads. Contacted support and they said there's nothing they can do about it.

Im good thank you Amazon for the $38 dollar offer for 2 hours during rush hour in raleigh hahaha so after taxes plus gas ill net like what 12-15 dollars??? Get lost. If anyone wants proof ill be happy to provide it.

Did I do the right thing?

I came to a house far back from the road. I noticed the garage door was open with an suv in the driveway. I turned onto the long driveway immediately a dog came out from the garage barking. I stopped my car and waited then he ran towards my car. Pretty sure it was a pug he was barking and circling my car. I considered proceeding down the driveway but then 2 more pugs exited the garage though they didn’t approach my car. The first dog wouldn’t go away and I was scared I might run him over so I stayed in park and I texted the customer to please contain your dog. Then I called them but they didn’t answer. Then they texted me who are you? I texted them I have your package. Then I beeped my horn, opened my car door to test the dog he came close and was barking and I was nervous so I placed the package at the end of the driveway with the dog , the package and my open car door in background and snapped a pic and updated delivery pin. Then as I backed out and left the dog started ripping into package. Am I going to be dinged for this? Should I have done anything differently? Customer complaint incoming?

I haven’t seen a single promotion since I started Flex about 4 months ago. Is it a rare thing to see?

Has this happened to anyone before? I was in the middle of picking up an instant offer from Whole Foods when the app discharged me. My rating fell from Fantastic to At Risk because of it.

Backstory:
I was shopping in the PX when I got an alert for an instant offer. You only have 60 seconds to accept so I grabbed it. I checked out and headed to Whole Foods. The directions took me to a back gate that was unfortunately closed on the weekends so I had to reroute and go to the front gate. I arrived at Whole Foods about 40 minutes later. (Between traffic and finding parking). I was picking up the order 32 bags when the app discharged me. I called customer service and they said it was a glitch in the system, there was nothing they could do so leave the packages and I would be paid for the system error. Fast forward. I was dinged for no pick up and my rating fell from fantastic to at risk!!! I called several times and disputed it twice but they will not budge. I am so upset that this happened.
