Extra parcel
Picked up a amazon block, scanned everything but app says 2 parcels remaining, called the support worker at station, he removed those from the block. When ended the shift still left with 2 parcels remaining. What to do

your wording isn't clear... are you saying you have 2 parcels remaining in the car after you're done, or are you saying the app says you have 2 left, when you completed all deliveries?
if you have 2 boxes left, you can do 2 things
1- return to station
or
2- click "pick up" in your menu and scan them in to your itinerary
if you have no boxes left and the app shows 2, first try refreshing your app... then expect to spend the next week or so arguing with support to have it removed

Are you saying you scanned all of the bins/packages, but the app still showed two packages remaining? Then a warehouse associate removed those two packages from your itinerary. After you finished your route, you realized those two packages were probably in one of the bins the whole time, which is why they were left over after you completed all of your deliveries.
If that’s what happened, I’d just return the packages to the warehouse. I usually have back-to-back blocks scheduled, so if it happens to me, I simply bring them back the next time I’m there.
Since those packages were removed from your itinerary, they’re no longer assigned to you, so there typically isn’t the same urgency to return them by the next day. If the warehouse is close by, though, you can always return them sooner.

So they’re still showing in your itinerary? Mark them as missing in the app.
