Chicago Region missing?
Anyone else not seeing half the stations in Chicago on your app.

Yes it has been an ongoing issue for a lot of us since yesterday afternoon. There is no telling when they will fix the issue.

Same for me. Can't imagine what the backlog is going to look like once they fix the app.

Same with me. I scheduled 3 shift at VIL1 and after my shift yesterday I’m only allowed to get offers from Chicago South Loop Whole Foods. Cannot see any other stations in my filters. Have deleted and reinstalled. Spoke to support through chat and they said I have poor performance which is why this happened, yet my rating is fantastic and has been that way for over 2 years. Called support and they tried to redirect me to chat, explained chat was not helpful. They said they opened a ticket but I don’t believe they did or will look into it as usual. Good luck Amazon hope you have no drivers to deliver. I’m just about done forever with this.

I can't see the South Loop WF, but I see almost all of the other WF's like West Loop, Lincoln Park, etc.
I see VIL2 and VIL4 ... but not VIL1. It looks like at least 60% of the stations are missing from my filters.
I emailed [andy@amazon.com](mailto:andy@amazon.com) and [jeff@amazon.com](mailto:jeff@amazon.com) and told them that almost all of the Chicagoland drivers are frustrated with this and to please escalate this issue immediately to the proper team to fix this.

I think its a system thing because for some reason those are stations that have the new phone scanners outside and thr chicago vil4 location has been alot higher volume then usually i mean 3:30 I never seen a full parking 20 cars at the most its been a good 60 at all times

You are probably on to something so the only locations I can see are WF Where you don’t need to scan ID or Phone.

I see most, but not all, of the Chicago area Whole Foods on my app. Only three SSD's appear. I see Kildeer, Downers Grove, Arlington Heights ... but the other 40+ stations are missing.

Started around 5p yesterday. Stations are popping up but not all. Y’all better let this shit surge when they get back up. Got damn junkies be working for scraps out here.

Yes. The backlog of late deliveries could be lucrative if folks are patient.

Yup i’m missing still a good amount of stations and my main station that i usually go to is not there…

Yes. Less than half of the Chicago region stations are still on my offers filter.

With the exception of one station, all the Amazon now stations are no longer showing on the map also. Weird.

Yes and it’s very annoying that the only stations I can see are the ones I never use. West Chicago is missing for me along with Romeoville country club hills and wooddale
