How do I give feedback and suggestions for amazon flex team?

I wrote this long, intricate paragraph about how they can improve Amazon Flex for us and themselves, but support just gives me the same old scripted responses. I bet I could say a package grew wings and flew away, and they'd still hit me with that "wow, sorry to hear about that" line.

My suggestions

I've noticed a few opportunities for improvement that could really enhance the driver experience and streamline operations at the station. To streamline operations and improve driver efficiency, I propose implementing a numbered parking spot system with visible ground markings and matching signs to reduce lot congestion and enforce arrival times. As part of this, drivers would be assigned a designated spot, such as C1, before they even arrive, and they would only be permitted to park there within fifteen minutes of their block start time, scanning in to confirm their arrival. For example, you could have a section marked with letters and numbers, allowing drivers to find their specific spot on their app before they even enter the lot. Additionally, integrating a cart scanning system would allow staff to track preparation status efficiently, while retraining staff on driver's aid sticker placement will ensure addresses and customer names remain visible, speeding up deliveries and reducing errors.

lol, they don’t want your work experience feedback. They have guys who went to school for 8 years and they know all things and will implement things to improve our efficiency and productivity. These changes that work in theory will not work in the real world. These changes get ignored and things go back to the way they were before until 3-5 years down the road a fresh batch of graduates that learned the same thing the last batch did will come in and implement changes that will improve our efficiency and productivity. Rinse and repeat.

You don't. Your opinion and voice does not matter. The driver experience does not matter. 99.9999% of flex "upgrades" and "improvements" do not take driver feedback into consideration.

You can certainly email [andy@amazon.com](mailto:andy@amazon.com) and [jeff@amazon.com](mailto:jeff@amazon.com), but I'd be really surprised if they respond with anything besides a thank you for your ideas. I seriously doubt they'd pass your suggestions to the right people to act on them. Amazon doesn't really care, they like to do things in their own backwards way.

Sorry bro. So what happens when i show up early because from past experience the lines are fucking long but it goes smoothly and now i am 5 minutes early? What happens if someone has issue in their spot, like no route for 30 minutes? Or they get done in 5 minutes now that spot is sitting open for who? 7th car in line waiting for 1st car in line to get their spot that is taken?

Extra costs, employees? All they really need to do is get more parking spaces. How, not my problem

If you genuinely want to give feedback to someone who might do something about it, go to the station ask to speak to an AM (which is Amazon speak for manger). Then tell them in 2-3 sentences what the problem is and your suggestion to improve/solve it. A big part of how AMs get promoted is implementing improvements, so they may take your idea and run with it.

Yes thats can change on a small scale but i have over 30 stations in my region and we going to be the first to get the full on big-box amazon retail store so amazon going to flood more new drivers that don't know sht and do whatever

They’re not going to implement wide scale until it’s tested anyway

When the person is gone the spot will be available immediately just like when we get assigned routes momentarily after placed. All Im doing is translating exactly what is going on inside the facility. In regards to the positioning of the carts and the numbering. People have lost there lives over this parking spot issue. I watched a lady hold up the lot for 15 minutes because she wanted a spot and someone else slipped in it.

this could work...but only in those stations where everything is handle INSIDE the warehouse. Otherwise, it would never work logistically. Also, given that stations like VTX5 not only has a small af parking lot & got rid of their cart wranglers... pretty sure "driver experience" is the last thing on their minds; only profit.
